The hotel was very nice overall and in a great location. The aesthetic was beautiful and the rooms were spacious. The main problem was that they have a separate AC/heat system, so the AC cannot be run when the heat is in. If you run hot the only way to cool down the room is open the windows, but that only does so much. I turned the heat off and had the windows open but I was still sweating trying to sleep. The water pressure is also very inconsistent and changes by the second. The hotel could use some updates but I still would recommend.

The Graduate was central to a lot of the activities we had planned during our stay. Dinner was offered at Reiner's, but they had limited options. We kept going back because the staff was fantastic! The only breakfast option on the hotel property was the Poindexter cafe. We opted to getting coffee every morning before we headed out for the day as we only had decaf options in our room. The room itself has a gorgeous view of Providence. Definitely one of the highlights. There was only 1 trash can and no vending machines or place that was open after hours for water, snacks, etc. Not a big issue, just something to be mindful of. Check in and check out were easy. Especially, when we had to leave at 3am to catch our flight. If you're looking for a hotel central to downtown Providence and walking distance from shopping, activities and even hockey games, this is a great spot!

Clean room. Bathroom water pressure is a bit weird where it becomes less water and then goes back to normal. The shower spout has a cracked in the wall.

Fees assessed that was not previously disclosed. Early check-in requires $50 fee even though the room was obviously ready. One person working the front desks, causing long lines for check in. The area around the hotel did not seem safe to walk around, saw drug deal outside front doors. They are far better options in the city then this one.
