This was the perfect location for me on my recent trip to Turks and Caicos. Upon arrival, I was greeted by Jane, who was super warm and friendly. Check-in was a breeze, and my condo was spacious, very comfortable and clean, with everything you might need, including blow dryer, cooking utensils, iron, beach towels, and washer and dryer. I LOVE having a washer and dryer when I'm on vacation, so this was a major plus for me. My bed was very comfortable, my room felt very secure, and I never had any problems with noise from other units. I stayed in an upper unit, with my balcony facing towards the water. You will not have a view of the sea, but there are lovely palm trees and a pool below the balcony. It is small but well-maintained, and has lots of cute little lizards running around. There is a LOT of construction going on in this area, so you will also have a view of buildings in progress. This was not a problem for me, I never heard any construction noise, and it did not detract from my trip at all. My balcony was clean, had nice chairs, and was quiet and comfortable. The property is nicely landscaped, there is plenty of free parking, and is a cute little gem tucked into the Grace Bay area. I would return!

The grounds and the room were very clean and well kept up. The furniture was in good condition and comfortable. There were plenty of towels to shower and use at the beach. It was a short walk to an amazing beach. There were a dozen restaurants, a convenience store, grocery store, ice cream shop and souvenir shops in short walking distance from the Inn. We had a wonderful time and will absolutely return.

Clean room, large one bedroom with full kitchen. Beautiful balcony. We walked to Shay Coffee every morning for coffee and eggs. The Inn Has coffee and pastries. No creamer. Only powder. Rent a car and explore! It’s a great spot and about a 5 min walk to beach.

Excellent location, close to everything. We didn’t rent a car and used a taxi twice. Can walk to anywhere at this resort. Beach access is a 3 minute walk. Our room was amazing, nice quiet secluded balcony. A lot of amenities provided here. Definitely planning to come back and stay again. Thanks Ariel!

This condo is in an excellent location to easily walk to the beach and most anywhere else you would want to go in Grace Bay. The condo was very clean and spacious with everything we needed. The grounds and pool were kept very clean as well. Ariel and Jane were the most amazing hosts! Ariel was so kind and patient answering all of our questions each morning as we met him for our delicious breakfast pastries and he was able to help with anything and everything we needed. Our car died one morning and he not only gave us a ride but also contacted the rental car company for us and had our car switched for one that worked before we returned at the end of the day. He knows so many people and was able to connect us with a friend to take us on the most memorable whale watching and snorkeling trip where we actually swam with the whales! The Inn at Grace Bay is truly a treasure in the midst of all of the high end expensive hotels surrounding it. We will definitely stay here again on future visits to TCI!

Service was great. Location was perfect. Short walk to beach, grocery store and restaurants and shops. Our condo was just blah. Could have used a refresh. Talking to others staying at the Inn, I think our unit was the worst one. It was 131.

This hotel had everything we need such as cooking pots, coffee machine, plates, utensils etc. but we only used the kettle for hot water for tea. Overall, everything exceed my expectation. Our stay at the TCI Inn at Grace Bay was pure bliss! The atmosphere was incredibly relaxing, the service outstanding, and the villa rooms clean and beautiful. Highly recommended for a perfect getaway! For future guests, having beach umbrellas available for residents would elevate the already fantastic beach experience even further
