Room was clean, beautiful set up and fully stocked kitchen. Staff were kind. Gym was nice and clean and had a lot of equipment. Pool was beautiful and food at reef rockers was great! Highly recommend to anyone looking to stay here!

Plus: the views and beach are incredible. That’s mostly where the value lies. The water, the proximity, amazing. Decent gym. Minus: customer service was lacking, at almost 1k/night you’d think they’d be 5 star service and friendliness - definitely not the case at all. Super high priced for a low experience care level. There appears to be mold on the ceiling in 211 guest bedroom and it looks like they just keep painting over it. We got rashes this trip and both got sick. Not sure that’s a coincidence.. the shower door in that bathroom doesn’t close. Feels like a 400/ night stay as far as customer service, amenities and state of the room. I wonder if other beach front rooms have better luck and no mold, I am not sure I’ll find out, but this one was rough and trouble sleeping in that room. I hope it gets truly remediated and not just sprayed and painted.

Ocean Club West is Perfectly Situated on Grace Bay. Our Rooms were immaculate and have awesome screened porch overlooking the manicured lush grounds. We started our day with a perfect breakfast and enjoyed the tiki bar as we relaxed on the beach each day. Our Tiki Crew Mark , Sky & Rodnam are friends. Best of the Best

We loved it — the location was perfect. The private beach with chairs and umbrellas was amazing. The atmosphere was very peaceful, and the bar and staff were wonderful. Our room had a fully equipped kitchen, laundry, and even the option to use the BBQ area near the pool. Excellent service overall. Parking was included. Great time here, close to restaurants, shops all walking distance. Or can ride a bike free of charge, baskets for carrying groceries, rooms have a kitchen. It is pricey everywhere so be prepared even groceries. Negative here with price we paid daily should include breakfast as most places do. Disappointed in that never ate here only for dinner once. Free shuttle to sister hotel great restaurant there

We had a great relaxing week at OCW! The room was tidy and was stocked with everything we needed. From the kitchen to laundry room to even having a shopping cart to go get groceries from the nearby grocery store. Only thing missing was a cooler for the beach but luckily the grocery store had some! The property was very clean and well kept and we always had chairs available at the beach or pool. Really close walking distance to the main Regent Village. Bikes are also available complimentary to drive into town which came in handy. We also loved the complimentary beach activities like paddle boarding and kayaking. Even got to see a dolphin while taking out the kayaks.
