Donielle and Michael were excellent and accomodating hosts. Beautiful grounds and cozy room. The complimentary breakfast was the best ever!

A memorable place for a bday trip
Posted Oct. 14, 2023 on HotelsMy fiancé CJ and I had an excellent stay. We were really touched that special non alcoholic drinks were left for us to celebrate his 30th birthday and a room upgrade unexpectedly. The place is in an excellent location and I will stay here again.

My Salt House Inn stay was perfect. The room was very comfortable. The inn is charming, the staff friendly and hospitable, and the breakfasts delicious. It was very convenient to have parking at the back door. The garden is delightful.

Charming rustic, yet modern, inn with superb service and good breakfast spread. A block off Commercial St. The only downsides are the small room sizes and that the bedroom windows on the ground floor are a couple feet from the road so you can hear cars from the room

Hello Vikram, Thank you for the charming review. We are happy that you enjoyed the amenities that we had to offer during your stay. Being close to the center of town yet, just off the beaten path is like finding jewels outside of the mind. Amazing. During your next stay we would recommend a 2nd floor room, facing the parking lot to remedy the noise issue. Please indicate all food allergy and sensitivity to noise when booking with us. We take all of this into consideration when rooming our guest.
