The plumbing in the first 2 rooms to which we were assigned didn't work properly. The third room didn't meet expectations for cleanliness - hair on the bathroom floor and live ants.

We liked most things about the property. We stayed in an accessible room, The electrical outlet on the left side of the bed did not work. Luckily I carry an extension cord. Also the shower floor was dingy looking.

The bed was comfortable and good breakfast. Staff was great!!!!The place smelled like sewer some of the stay and there was a water leak that caused part of our carpet to get soaked. Leak down in main hallway too presumed from above floors. Been here twice and both times there were water problems. 3rd times a charm?

Before booking this property I was somewhat concerned after reading the reviews. I booked anyways and took a chance. I was glad I did. I'm not sure why people have left such negative reviews when this hotel property was nothing like what I read online. It's not a five star property; however, this isn't a low star property either. It was a nice stay, great free complimentary breakfast, clean, quiet, helpful staff. This property even has adjacent restaurants including an authentic gourmet Indian restaurant with the best spiced curry I've had since visiting India twenty five years ago. I would absolutely stay here again if given the opportunity. Thanks for the hospitality and enjoyable stay!

It wasn’t bad for the price but the pull out sofa bed was a lot smaller than expected. We had to get creative to fit 2 kids on it. There is only 1 elevator and we had to wait a good 5 minutes every time we used it. Ended up just using the stairs a couple times. Staff was friendly and brought extra pillows and blankets to our room.
