Situation centrale

Nous avions réservé pour une personne seulement! Il faut être attentif car sur ce site il faut pas oublier de cocher deux personnes 😉 souvent les autres sites ça commencent à deux et après on peut ajouter des occupants. Donc l’accueil a commencé par des calculs pour supplément. Accueil cordial sans plus. Personnel du nettoyage chambre très sympa Chambre assez petite mais fonctionnelle et literie très confortable. Salle de bains petite mais propre. Hôtel avec ascenseur et parking privé sans supplément. Pas de mini frigo des grandes armoires de rangements et bonne climatisation. Petits déjeuners au top dans un bâtiment annexe, il est servi jusqu’à 10:00 et le deuxième jour le choix était restreint car nous sommes arrivés à 9:30 et il ne rajoutait plus rien Bien situé…en ce moment beaucoup de bruit car grand travaux de rénovations. Mais le bruit c’était pire dans la cour plus loin ils rénove un magasin et le bruit de fracas qui arrive dans la benne jusqu’à 20:00 Prix corrects

Dårlig opplevelse.

Først før velkomsten måtte vi betale en tilleggsavgift, som vi ikke ble informert om ved bestilling og betaling for overnattinger. Og så ble vi skuffet fordi vi ikke fikk rommet vi reserverte. Rommet var varmt og tett. Toalettet var tett, og da så vi at avløpet i dusjen også var tett. Etter å ha klaget i resepsjonen, fikk vi et annet rom. Vi var heller ikke fornøyd med det andre rommet, men vi overlevde. Toalettet var uten vask, men i det andre rommet var det vask og dusjkabinett, noe som er hygienisk uakseptabelt!! En flaske vann, som koster 18 kr i Norge, koster 5 EUR på dette hotellet. Frokost elendig med svært lite valg. I alle fall forferdelig overnatting og dårlig opplevelse.

Upon reviewing your reservation and our internal records, we would like to address some of the points you mentioned. There might have been a miscommunication regarding the tourist and promotional tax, we double checked there was written on the site where you booked and also in your reservation confirmation, that you will pay tax upon arrival, this is also very common standard all over the world. We do change this upon arrival, that you have very fast check-out, what our guests reviewed as positive way to do it. Regarding the room allocation, we regret that the initially assigned room did not meet your preferences. It's important to note that the description and images of the room type you reserved were provided by the booking platform - we double checked and the room which you were allocated to was the same as the one on the photos and description.Regarding reported issues with the facilities in your first room/bathroom. Our team immediately checked the reported problem, and despite not finding any blockages or other malfunction, we promptly given you you an upgrade to our 'Superior' room, which features separate bathroom facilities. We apologise if this change did not fully meet your expectations.Regarding the pricing of amenities, this water is free for our guests, what is also written on them. 5 is free promo ticket for casino, which guests can you complimentary in our Casino Admiral Ptuj gaming saloon. We are sorry that there was a miscommunication. As for the breakfast selection, we apologise for not meeting your expectations. We continuously work to improve our breakfast offerings, and your comments will be taken into account as we refine our choices.We truly regret that your experience with us fell short of what you anticipated.
