The property was very family-oriented. Lots of activities for all age groups. (Games, contests, water aerobics, etc. There is also a teen room (available for 12-8). Several pools to go and lounge. The biggest perk for my teenage boys was the huge pool and the center piece to jump off. Variety of food options were endless. Everyday was different and never the same. *Various restaurants and the ability to go to neighboring hotels Ventus and Ventus Ha in addition to El CID. The ONLY disappointing thing was the beach. It was durty and smelly due to seaweed. (We arrived when beach crews were cleaning the seeweed) The pools and pool activities kept them busy and engaged. Unlimited strawberry 🍓 frozen drinks for them :) Staff was very friendly and phenomenal. Cleaniness was great! Easy to get around especially in in golf carts. Downtown Puerto Morelos is only 1 mi away. Had a great and relaxing time. 1st in Puerto Morelos (previously been to Hotel Zone)in the past.

The resort was very nice and well kept. The service was great and a nice variety of places for lunch. Food at all restaurants was very good. One complaint would be the teen activities. The teen club closed at 8:00 and the only other place with activities kicked teens out at 8:00. The teen club had limited activities when it was open. During the day it was not a big deal as the pools were great but during the evening teens had no teen activities. Overall great place and would recommend.

I spent 5 days at the resort. My first all inclusive. Overall I liked the experience. I didn’t like that you only get two wifi access codes per room. You have to pay additional fee if you want more access. So between my husband and I and our two teenage daughters this was a major inconvenience for us. Of course you want to unplug on vacation but you also want to document your trip and be able to connect with each other when you get separated at the resort. Also, my sister ordered a birthday cake to celebrate her 50th birthday but they did not have it at our dinner reservation. That was very disappointing. Overall we enjoyed our vacation. The breakfast buffet and lunch at the Hacienda were our favorite food spots. Dinner was mostly mid. We had a couple of dinner selections that were okay. And communication was not so good because we didn’t know about most of the activities that we could do until our trip was almost over. So we missed out on a lot.

We had a great trip. Overall the staff was excellent besides one very grumpy man at the lobby bar. The food at the restaurants was excellent, the buffet was good at breakfast and lunch. They do however really need a place for 24 hour snacks . They offer room service, however some nights we waited for over 2 hours. If there had been a place to grab something it would have been perfect :) The pools were nice, there isn’t much of a beach but that didn’t bother us . We would return to this property. Overall a great holiday

Overall, the stay was great. The resort had three different properties, all with really nice pools and beautiful maintained outside areas. The sargassum at the beach was intrusive. We spent no time on the beach whatsoever because there was so much in the water. The resort however, worked hard every day to try to stay on top of it and clear it. The one real negative about the resort was the unavailability for making dinner reservations. We spent four nights there and on day number one we were told there were absolutely no reservations available for any of the restaurants on the first two nights we were there. The last two nights we were there, there was some availability however it was either to eat dinner at 4 o’clock in the afternoon or at 9:30 in the evening. That was one major component we were very disappointed in.

I love almost everything except the fact that there’s no ac on the elevators, no night club but other than those minor things, everything was amazing. Great food, super clean, amazing staff. I love it so much

Nice resort, nice people, beach isn’t swimmable and the smell is atrocious. I know they’re working on it. Also didn’t expect to spend another $500 when we arrived for a room that wasn’t far away from everything. Lots of walking. Sometimes 10,000 steps in a day.
