We wanted a beachfront family experience for a few days. The views were amazing. The beach had perfect sand and wasn’t rocky like other beaches can be. We saw dolphins, and other wildlife. Being only four hours away from our home it was an easy drive and worth the trip. We felt very safe the whole time. People are very friendly and welcoming. I would recommend it to anyone.

Family Time

Room was spacious with a great view as advertised. Karmen at the front desk was so polite and answered all questions to the dot. Regarding the restaurant, in my opinion I think it was pricey. Other than that, our stay was pleasant and definitely visiting again now that we are members to VIDA Vacations.

Very bad communication arrived and no one is there to help so if you arrive late be careful The master bedroom’s A/C is the loudest thing you will ever hear so be prepared for that it show’s having jacuzzi tubs but not enough hot water to fill them up The outside jacuzzi did work gave up after a few attempts There is food service and I can say that was they only highlight of my trip Hot tub was filled up with chlorine to the max and I never saw any one test water for chemicals

Enjoyable family trip!

My family loved the views from this unit and were captured by the beauty of the place. We loved how quiet and well kept the grounds were. We truly enjoyed our stay on the property. I’m not sure we would stay in this particular unit again. The third bedroom does not have a proper secondary fire escape route. The three paneled windows cannot open, posing a fire hazard. These windows do not have drapes to cover them, so the light from the hallway corridor shines very brightly into the room at night. The beds are as hard as the previous review stated. However, we were able to sleep at night. The refrigerator should be replaced. We bought frozen items from the grocery store, and they all defrosted in the freezer. We were unable to keep ice during our stay as well due to this issue. Our food in the fridge was cool but not cold. We felt very secure and safe on the property. The staff was very friendly and courteous.

Backbreaking beds...

Horrible beds! Didn't get any sleep. No blankets, not enough towels, kitchen barely had the bare necessities. Door looks like it was kicked in so didn't feel secure. Bottom line will not stay there again and will not recommend to anyone.

Great private location

This property is located very close to the Mayan resort. We were able to enjoy amenities at both resorts without any additional charge. This property is nice and private if you want to get away and enjoy your vacation in peace. They had multiple pools and hot tubs. Massage ladies at the beach. We had to go into town to get ATV's and other motorized toys. It's about a 20 minute ride into town. We took just about everything with us so didn't really need to leave. The views and firepits on location are a great touch.
