Penthouse with Amazing Ocean Views!

This is the ONLY Penthouse in the Princesa. Featuring 4 oversized bedrooms with their own private bathrooms. Rooms have separate vanities outside of the bathrooms but inside the bedrooms for the comfort of up to 12 GUESTS MAXIMUM!!

There are enclosed porches in the back of the condo for children & view balconies in the front at both levels. The master suite is large & has its own living room with a fireplace & private balcony. Kitchen has granite counter tops & bar sitting w/ full size dining room.

Oversized bedrooms with private bathrooms. The kids room sleeps 7 with triple bunk beds and a murphy bed. The kids room has their own patio and bathroom. The master bedroom has a couch with a pull out bed. Great Ocean Views!

Guest have full access to the entire complex, private beach area, shared pools and hot tub. You will have safe and secure electronic lock code for the front door. Your names will be provided to the guard gate for safety and you will be given wrist bands. The complex is walled and has security 24/7

Other things to note
The resort offers Colin's Cantina (the fresh fish taco's are great!) a store is on site for a cold beer, eggs, bread and ice and Ice Cream.

The location is great! The condo was spacious and can accommodate a big group. There are a few items that need to be fixed/changed out that would make it better. The W/D is for owner use only, use of that would be very beneficial. The shower heads need to be changed out, they are a little corroded and leaking. The kitchen is stocked with basic essentials, not for large groups and it is need of mixing bowls. There was one, which was not really a mixing bowl. The back enclosed patio needs to be cleaned up. We did not have hand towels and wash cloths, but a message to the host and we had them quickly. The views are amazing, Collins Cantina has delicious Mexican Shrimp Cocktail, drinks were priced great, and the pool and grounds were well maintained and clean. I will definitely return to the Princesa.

The place was perfect for our family because we also rented the 2 bedroom on the property since we were a party of 13 and the location was so close to the water. We had an excellent visit and would come back and recommend the The Princessa.

Birthday Weekend Stay

I’ve never stayed at this resort before but I’ve stayed at other resorts. This resort as 3 pools, with easy access to the beach. It’s very safe & in a great location (restaurants less than 6 minutes). I love that this condo was on the 5th floor & it was 2 story, a ton of space for my big family. I reserved this property for my birthday weekend & first big family trip for them. I was a bit disappointed with the cleanliness of the place, I understand it’s on the beach but it was very dusty. In addition, we only stayed 2 nights & the first night one of the bedrooms with the most beds for the kids was extremely hot. We checked in around 3 PM and went straight to the beach and did not come back up until about 9PM. At this time the air conditioning had been on for a few hours, so I reached out to the owner and was not very happy with her response saying why had I not notify her earlier as I mentioned above I was there for my birthday weekend and when you’re in Rocky Point, majority of the people spend time out on the beach or at the pool for a few hours. This also being my families first time being there we were out & about exploring. Long story short, the AC did not get fixed until the next morning at around 11AM. We had to make some sleeping accommodations that were no fun. In addition, the room that had the AC issues had a very strange sewer smell. I did not bring this up to the owner because of my prior conversation with her. This place could really use some major up keeps.

Great location

This very large and spacious place fit our 2 families nicely. It is dated, but the host was very kind and responded quickly to all of our needs. Location to the beach was perfect, and recommendations from the host for restaurants was spot on. Would go again!
