The Princesa E 107 is a beautifully decorated 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom condominium with breathtaking views overlooking the Sea of Cortez. As soon as you enter the condominium you will feel the beach vibes with a nod to Mexican heritage bright colors! The living room has very comfy couches to relax and with a electric fireplace. With the newly added sliding door that creates privacy for the second bedroom and bath, this condo really shines when occupied by two sets of people.
New bedding, plenty of towels, including beach towels. Some items for the pool, wifi, cable TV even a few board games make your stay very pleasant. The kitchen has everything you need to cook a good meal, including brand new locally sourced dishes, no need to bring anything but food! Also if you're not planning to cook on your vacation please check out Collins Cantina on site which is so fun, not to mention Delicious!
Another great thing about this condominium is right in front, you have the brand new pool bar, and this pool is heated during the winter months. This E building is also the closest to the beach.

Upon arrival we had made arrangements to check in at the guard Gate-via Cindy for 2 properties From FMI. When we arrived, the arrangements had not been made. We had to pull out from the gate contact somebody again mind you I had my 10 month old grandson who was ready to get out of the car with me.
It took another 10 or 15 minutes to get the process done
Then there was no dishwasher soap to wash dishes, dirty dishes in the property. The refrigerator had not been turned on, so it took Several hours to cool it down.
Several crack dishes, Silverware drawer dirty, I’m not sure with what.
No linens were provided for both units for my guest to sleep on the couch which we had stated we would be needing the couches.
This was the first time I have rented through Vrbo In Rocky point and will not be doing that again. I paid more money than I’ve ever paid at any property Very disappointed.
