Correct pour un passage express à Puerto Princessa

Nous y sommes restés une nuit, en repartant d'El Nido. C'est un hôtel correct, un peu loin des restaurants. Nous étions dans la chambre à côté de la reception qui résonne beaucoup. La route est également désagréable lorsqu'on a besoin de calme pour dormir. Le personnel était très sympathique. Le déjeuner n'était, en revanche, pas bon. Un demi oeuf brouillé, deux pains de mie avec beurre sans confiture et un jus de fruit chimique.

Beautiful, clean little hotel . Bargain for $30.00. It’s just unfortunate that phone line in the room wasn’t fixed . Owner should look into it as it’s annoying to walk up and down the stairs everytime you need something. Staff are very , very accommodating.

Staff are Friendly but poor service. Sink not working will we gave to carry heavy lauggage coz no elevator. No restaurant near. House keeping not good we gave to ask all the time our towel toilet paper. Not happy.

We are sorry that you feel that, upon asking our staff what had happened, they reported that you haven't told us that you were asking for a make-up-room before you left for your tour, and in case you forgot to tell, we have a door-sign card that you can put inside the door knob for us to know that you wanted a make-up-room. basic needs such as towel and toilet paper is readily available at the Front Office Our staff is doing everything they can to make every guest's stay comfortable. Meantime, please say regards to your father. your dad is already a friend of the staff, they even had pictures with them. Again, we are sorry that you feel unhappy. Best Regards,

No good service

We booked a room for four nights. However, there is no refund. Write a letter and talk to the customer service staff. No reply was given. I also want to change the evaluation. The experience is very poor. I hope the customer service can refund my room fee. I didn't use it at all

Sir, you booked for four nights and we reserved it for you....it is not our fault that you did not show up in our hotel. The room was reserved to you and i assumed that you read the policy before making your booking. if you mistakenly made your booking with us, you should have cancelled it ahead of time to avoid no show fee.

The ambiance of the hotel was very nice. Room was very spacious and clean. Staff are very helpful and service is great. Overall our stay with Villa de Sierra Vista was superb...

A quite and relaxing stay.

Very clean hotel and relaxing stay at Villa de Sierra Vista. Simple breakfast with coffee and juice. The only issue we had is that the WiFi did not work in the lower level where our room was. We had to go to the lobby area to use the WiFi. Overall a good experience with friendly staff.
