The location is perfect as it’s only about 2 blocks away from the malecon. Short walk to the Zona Romantica. The pool area looked way better in pictures (it’s a small patio rooftop with some chairs and a very small pool prob big enough for 4 people). Breakfast was delicious and very fresh. I would stay here again.

When reserving the suite, the description stated there was a hot tub, I was under the impression it would be in the room. Only to find out the hot tub was communal

The staffs are hotel are very kind. And equipments are very good. Building is not so new but each equipment is changed adequately and it goes well. Especially air conditioner is very good.It is larger size for room so, capacity is so high. We can rest in the room with suitable condition. We are Japanese but hotel staff help us to reserve restaurant, storage cargo before check in, tell us recommendation in PV. Location is also well. We can go everywhere close to centro and zona romántica by walk. We can go to beachside in 5 minutes. It helps us to enjoy our trip. This is great experience for us. If we have a trip to PV again, we’d like to use this hotel again.

Support for passport and credit card theft.

I was robbed and hotel gave a lot of support, hotel personnel and I made tens of calls to solve the crime on top of they had computers in the lobby. I am hopeful the they find the right video tape on the thief. I teally lost everything, passport, drivers license, debit and credit cards but it is starting to look better already. I want to especially mention Patricia who was a tremendous spiritual and emotional support when things looked relly bad.
