An early check in was not allowed. Waited until 3 pm to chrck in, then it took the Front desk staff over a half hour to complete tye check in. Air conditioner barely functional. I would never stay here again. No customer service whatsoever

Muy cerca del aeropuerto, lo que es una gran ventaja poder llegar caminando. La habitacion un poco descuidada y no habia agua caliente en la ducha.

Perfect Airport Hotel

This is exactly what you want when you book an airport hotel. Nice staff, right next to the airport, clean room, etc. Would definitely stay here again if needed.

Las habitaciones sumamente austeras y en mal estado algunos detalles, como la puerta, la agarradera del baño y muy pocas conexiones de luz. Desde al entrar al pasillo de las habitaciones, hay un olor no terrible, pero sí desagradable, como a muy encerrado. No hay buena iluminación y se ve y se siente un poco deprimente. El desayuno no lo disfruté nada, no tenía ni sabor ni calidad. Lo siento, esperaba mucho más de lo que recibí. No me volvería a hospedar aquí y tampoco lo recomiendo. El joven que nos atendió en recepción, sí fue muy amable y eso lo aprecio mucho.
