Cockroaches in the rooms, no view. Pictures online do not show the entire property. Our rooms were dirty, no proper ventilation. Mold on the shower curtains. Had to switch to a different hotel half way through our stay.

Room was cleaned well. Front desk and staff spoke NO to very good english. The food was ALWAYS cold. Was NOT told of various activities upon arrival, so learned 3-5 days later of things included. The music at the beach side was WAY TO LOUD, that we couldn't talk. We didn't know that the resort was cheaper for the Mexicans. There were ONLY MEXICANS at the resort. There was No security, as people would just walk off the beach into the pool area. The pool rules were never followed and when we complained, it fell on deaf ears, as they didn't speak ENGLISH. We didn't realize it was a Mexican resort!!! The noise in the evenings kept us awake will 1am. The room shower would not stay on and was fixed with black electrical tape. The wall lights over the night stands just hung off the walls. The sliding door would not either open or NOT lock. Everything seemed to be in disrepair. The toilet broke down for a day AND we had to have our Key cards reprogrammed daily as could NEVER get into our room. The buffet food was always cold. It was a total disaster and I would NEVER recommend anyone, even the homeless to stay. Waste of money.

No maintenance is done at this property, they cater to locals and not “tourists” we had issues with no safe, on air conditioning in room, no working phone, dirty toilet, black mold, leaking water cooler (that didn’t cool the room) lights flickered due to wiring issues, major safety hazards .

En general las zonas sociales estaban muy bien, aseadas y ofrecían varios servicios. Muy buena atención y la comida. The pictures were deceiving when we booked. A lot of photo's of the other resort. Rooms are dated, they smell musty most likely from how humid it is so it's understandable that there isn't much they can do about that. There's no mini fridges in rooms. Buffet was just ok, the specialty restaurant you needed to book in advance to eat there. When I booked my room I booked a King bed, when I checked in they were trying to give me two double beds. I told them that is not what I booked, they upgraded me. Pools, and grounds were kept nice. The staff were always kind and friendly. My group stayed for 5 days from June 27th, 2025. They don't mention that there is two resorts and to get to the beach you have to walk across the road to the other resort which isn't a big problem but just know you are not oceanside at this resort. There is no wifi in the rooms. We had wifi in our room but we were on ground level and had a suite that lead out to the pools. Other members of our party had backside hotel rooms on second floors and they had no wifi. There is no elevators, so if you are up on 4th be prepared to carry your luggage up those stairs. Kids ran up and down the halls all hours of the night. Housekeeping was good, they always made sure everything was fresh and changed for us. Our group ended up getting sick, we don't know if it was from the food or water. So just be mindful. You get what you pay for with the price. It's not totally bad, but it's not a higher end resort.

I stayed at this hotel and had an incredibly disappointing experience. The room was excessively humid, which triggered my allergies severely. My throat was constantly itchy, and I had trouble sleeping due to the discomfort. The thermostat was broken, so I had no control over the temperature, and the phone in the room didn’t work either, making it extremely inconvenient to contact the front desk. I spoke to two general managers about the issues. Both assured me they would resolve the situation, but nothing was ever fixed. I asked to be moved to another room, but they denied my request, claiming the hotel was overbooked and no other rooms were available. This was by far the worst hotel experience I’ve had. The lack of accountability, poor maintenance, and disregard for guest comfort were unacceptable. I do not recommend this hotel to anyone.

I upgraded to a king suite and they tried to give me a twin and blame Expedia. No info about the resort when checking in. 6 of the 7 of us all got very sick. Not sure if it was the pool or food. No recycling of anything. Not even in the rooms. The courtyard in the property was well maintained.
