Chef Ruben will prepare three exquisite meals per day, seven days per week. The food shopping, preparation and meal service is included in the rate, however guests must pay for the groceries and beverages they request. Guests may select from the extensive menus available, create custom menus or choose to be surprised and delighted by the chefâs creations based on the dayâs market bounty. Although many outstanding restaurants are just minutes away, most guests prefer to bask in the luxury of the villa and enjoy cuisine that is equal to Puerto Vallartaâs most distinguished establishments.
Seamless Indoor and Outdoor Living
Built around a central courtyard, and encompassing four levels, Casa Dos Cisnes boasts thirteen rooms, including five unique and beautiful bedrooms. On the top floor (one floor above the street entrance), the master retreat includes the master bedroom, an en suite bathroom with rain shower and Jacuzzi bath, private terrace with gas fireplace, and retreat room with Bose home theatre and 47â TV. One floor below street level are three other bedrooms, two of which include king-sized beds and the other features two queen beds. The queen bedroom, off the central courtyard, also features a private courtyard while the two king bedrooms have ocean views. The queen bedroom shares a jack and jill bathroom with one of the king rooms. One final ocean view bedroom is located one floor down, across from the gym and above the pool area. All bedrooms are air-conditioned and feature ceiling fans.
Entering the home, one finds a magnificent living room with a gas fireplace, an elegant dining room accommodating stylish service for twelve, a terrace sitting and dining area, and an informal library. Situated on the levels below are an exercise room, a large media/entertainment room, and covered pool bar and grill.
The casaâs thoughtful design not only guarantees breathtaking views from most every room, it also ensures an ideal mix of public and private space. Intimate spaces abound within the grandeur of the house that make it ideal for both large and small parties. Wrought iron chandeliers, antique furniture and art, and a dramatic winding staircase are among the many interior design details guests will enjoy. Brick domes, high-beamed ceilings, and stone columns epitomize the tasteful architectural features found throughout the home. Four fountains and two weeping walls add colonial charm and the soothing sound of water.
The heated infinity pool with cantera stone sunbathing terrace is one of Casa Dos Cisnesâ many highlights. A spectacular cabana adjacent to the infinity pool is the newest addition to the villa, and includes a poolside bar/lounge with refrigerator, ice machine, grill, and 52â TV.
Beach Access
Once guests experience the elevated and expansive view of the Bay from the pool deck along with the personal service of the house staff, most guests prefer to lounge in the privacy of the poolâs terrace. However, for those who would like some time at the public beach, Casa Dos Cisnes is just a 7-minute cab ride away from El Dorado Beach Club, to which the villaâs guests have priority access, including reserved lounge chairs on the beach, and guaranteed accommodations for lunch at the restaurant.
