Tres bien. Bonnes installations.

Pour : Le cadre. Le choix de restauration.
Contre : Pas assez de chaises pour tout le monde autour de piscine et peu de chaises a l ombre. Dommage que des gens "kidnappe" les chaises tte la journee
Tres bon sejour. Tres adaptés aux familles. Animations suffisament calmes pour ne pas embêter ceux qui ne souhaitent pas y participer.

The pool was great, but very hard to find open seating for 2. The room was average, housekeeping was amazing. Limited dining options was difficult due to the large number of guests. The towels had to be exchanged but several times there weren’t fresh towels.

I’ve stay here several times and love how safe I feel. Every one is so nice and helpful. The area is landscaped so beautifully. I know I’ll be back

Great service. Good food. Pool chairs the usual issue but overall would stay again.

Hard-working, friendly staff especially in restaurants. Food varied from fair to excellent, best in "gourmet" Andrea restaurant. Pools were nice. Despite notices to the contrary, people persisted in reserving chairs early in the morning. Although threatened with their belongings being removed and stored, it was not enforced. Pickleball courts (and probably tennis) needed cleaning: dangerously slippery. Our room was nice but noisy almost every morning with staff unloading supplies and working below.

It would be great if all of the loungers had cushions. The salads could be colder and the buffet food could be hotter. Other than that, everything was wonderful.

It's your classic all inclusive. It was not great with a toddler. Hard to just get a drink. It was lacking fresh food like fruits and vegetables it had some but not enough. Only two restaurant options. The staff didn't speak great English. You need towel cards so you have to keep track of them. There was no fresh squeezed juices. We just had a hard time feed our daughter. Two nights drunk people knocked on our door. There were loud fireworks we couldn't see but we could hear. It has more of a party vibe then we had wanted.

Good access to the beach. Water pressure in suite was good. The grounds are exceptionally taken care of. Place was very dirty, long black hairs on the couch found, trash behind the tv, after the cups and plates were “washed” there were still lipstick marks. Forks had caked on food. Food was horrific, purely bland. It was so bad I ordered food from Rappi and cooked my own in the suite. I guess if you are too drunk to notice you will be fine. Bland food that was sitting out for long periods of time. Ordered water from room service and after 2 hours had to call again since they weren’t bringing it apparently. Weren’t shown to our room so had to roam around until we found it ourselves. Few staff that were friendly and hours before getting drinks. Would not ever come back. I prefer a more authentic Mexican experience and nothing about this place was that. Sitting at the beach you will constantly be heckled. Bought a dusty shot glass and 3 simple brackets to bring back for my kids and they charged me $75 USD. This place is a complete rip off. Idk who is leaving rave reviews for this place. Staff acted like we should be sad to go “back to the real world” we were excited to get out of this place and back to our home! I even got my RT card while here and one staff was bothered as “I’m not MX” Yikes. The suite was severely outdated and definitely not clean. Like I said the beach is great if you can get away from all the vendors harassing you or you are too drunk to notice anything here
