Feel free to step outside and relax by the large pool.
The kitchen includes essential appliances, cookware, and cutlery. A washer and dryer are also available for your laundry needs.
The six spacious bedrooms come with sheets and bedding.
The 4.5 bathrooms have everything you need to freshen up, including clean towels and toiletries for your comfort.
The villa is always professionally cleaned for your convenience.

El Puig de Santa Maria is a peaceful town in the Valencian Community, just a short drive from the coast. The Urb. Puigval-Chalets neighborhood offers a tranquil setting, surrounded by nature and providing beautiful views of the mountains and sea. It's a great spot for relaxation while being close to the vibrant city of Valencia.
The town is home to historical sites like the 13th-century Monastery of Santa Maria and is near the beaches of El Puig, perfect for water activities or relaxing by the Mediterranean. With its mix of history, nature, and cuisine, El Puig is an ideal destination.
The property is easily accessible by public transport and car.
The nearest bus station, CamĂ de la Playa (line L112A), is just a 5-minute walk.
Valencia Airport is a 28-minute drive from the property.
Self check-in with smart lock. You need a smartphone with battery and internet connection; an electronic key will be used. Check-in is from 3:00 PM onwards (early check-in upon request). You will receive the link with the key and access instructions a few days before your arrival, once you have completed the arrival form.
We provide basic amenities for the first days of your stay: shower gel samples, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen paper, sponge, dishwashing products and bin liners. If you need additional cleaning or bedding during your stay, please let us know and we will be happy to provide them for an additional charge.
There is a zero-tolerance smoking policy in the property, but guests can smoke in the outdoor spaces of the accommodation if available. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (for example, smoke smell, ashes, cigarette butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a minimum penalty of âŹ200 for smoking.
Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a reasonable use policy for utilities will apply with a limit of âŹ80.
