This hotel charged me twice — once when I arrived, and then again using the card I had on file. After that, they completely stopped responding. No messages, no help, no refund.
I’m still out double the money, and they don’t seem to care at all. Their behaviour is shady, unprofessional, and totally unacceptable.
Until they fix this mess and start treating guests honestly, they have no business being on Expedia. Avoid this place.
