I stayed at Grand Sirenis from August 20-24th and we did not have a pleasant experience. I would rate this hotel at a 2 star at most. It was very hot in Punta Cana and the air conditioning in room was not great, felt warm, had to be changed rooms due to cleanliness. Our second room the bathroom had a leak and phone wires exposed. TV was also not working. Restaurants were very hot. Not a lot of activities for kids once pools close. Waterpark looked very unsafe, my kids love waterparks and didn't go down slides that much due to looking unsafe. If you are not a member don't get to use golf carts. Service was not great, the hotel was packed and the people that worked there did not seem happy to be waiting on you. Restaurants were also not well kept. The entire hotel needs a lot of maintenance. Do not go here if you are planning on going in August. They did not clean seaweed on beach well, couldn't use beach.

This is not a 5 star resort. At best a 3 star resort. The rooms are very dirty and you have to beg to get clean towls, clean bedding and water in the room. We had to ask 8 times to get clean towels over three days. The staff in the buffet is so rude they yelled at my children and took thier plate of food and put it on a napkin and told us to leave becuase there was no room for us. The breakfast is the only meal tht is decent but the staff is so rude we couldn't get drinks with our meals. So disappointed and we will never be coming back to this resort. The seaweed was knee deep on the beach so the pools were overcrowed and very dirty. $8k for a trip and we should of stayed home. The property is very outdated and the pictures are from a long time again. The chairs in the dining rooms are gross and covered in dried food. Just a awful trip and sad we wasted so much money on it. Staff wants you to do your review at the resort to give them 5 stars. For us it is a 2 star resort and we are not fancy by any means. Do not waster your money.

Housekeeping didn’t clean the room properly. They miss leaving towels and when we call we never received until the next day. Our soap and shampoo was never refilled we had to purchase our own shampoo and soap. Front desk won’t answer the telephones, phones ring 40 times before someone answer if your are lucky. My only good time was at the buffet where I meet Ana and Victor they were the best, they make our stay pleasant, thanks to them our stay make cense they make us forget our bad experiences wile we were with them. This property has nice friendly employees but the management needs to put a plan of training for them to be consistent.

We loved the friendliness of the people and employees, but the food, cleanliness of the rooms, & the water damage/leaks in the room made for a challenging experience. We told the Concierge about the leak in the room and they said people would come to assist. Each day we were on site we informed the Concierge and to no avail nothing was done. No new room offered, nothing. The last night on property is when someone finally came and all they did was change the air filter-which was again not solving the problem. We had buckets and towels on the floor every night we were there. We had to step over wet towels/areas each night. Despite this, we enjoyed the friendliness of the people and the accessibility to the Kids club and other amenities on site. The live band was very entertaining, Archery was informative and the pool areas were amazing. The pool area was beautifully designed and water was warm and welcoming. We are fellow Caribbean people, and we were looking forward to authenticity and flavourful dishes to be offered but we couldn’t find any. The buffet restaurants had a variety of food but the taste of the island was definitely missing. The area/hotel is beautiful but a few things could have been different for us to fully enjoyed our stay.

This resort was a major letdown from the start. Our shower flooded every time we used it, and despite multiple requests, we never received any washcloths during our entire stay. The air conditioning in our room didn’t work, and after calling the front desk three times in two hours with no response, I had to physically walk down just to get someone to take it seriously. The food was underwhelming and, frankly, unsanitary. Much of it was left uncovered, attracting flies and birds. We also saw staff carrying what were supposed to be clean cups in trash bags at the pool bar — which was extremely concerning. We attempted to make a dinner reservation and were told we couldn’t book same-day — something that was never mentioned ahead of time. So unless you plan days in advance, expect to be stuck with the buffet most nights. Although the resort is advertised as bilingual, many staff members did not speak English. And even when they did, several seemed visibly frustrated that we didn’t speak Spanish — making us feel like an inconvenience for simply needing basic communication. When the front desk called on checkout day and asked for feedback, I calmly shared all of our concerns — only to be met with a flat “okay.” No apology, no acknowledgment, and definitely no effort to make anything right. Between the poor service, sanitation issues, language barriers, and lack of hospitality, Grand Sirenis Punta Cana is absolutely not worth the money. I would not recommend this resort!!!

We just returned from a 7 day stay with friends. My initial decision for choosing this establishment was because of the Ammenities offered for the kids. I felt alot of disappointment in the upkeep of specifically the water park. The staff on the property we encountered were nice and others appeared annoyed when you actually needed their assistance. Their telephone service from your room is non-existent when we had issues with the room we were unable to get help right away. The check-in process is chaotic and not managed well at all. Although the resort prides itself in stating All inclusive they have different options depending on if you are an expedia customer or whom they consider to be VIPs. They offer you the option to become a VIP after hearing their sales pitch but you practically have to consider taking out a 2nd mortgage to become one and if you choose not too well then your not as important any longer. The food options and menus, restaurants were really good. The staff we encountered in the restaurants were great and hard working. However, they do have a big fly problem. While the food is laid out buffet style, their were lots of flies that constantly were hovering over and on the food. When outside buffets like the beach area were laid out their were birds that would fly in and no employees did anything about keeping them out. All in all I come away feeling disappointed with the experience and dont recommend the resort unless measures are taken to improve.

We do not recommend staying here. Our family just returned from a 7-Night stay, all inclusive vacation @ Grand Sirenis-PC. Pros: Food buffets & restaurants were good. Alcohol options, not bad, but premium bar is not an option for Expedia customers. Example: Tito’s is considered premium & Skyy Vodka is generic. Cons: Room AC was bad for entire stay, made our trip miserable. We are from FL & used to hot temperatures but the humidity in the DR is on another level. Flies are a big issue. Flies will join you for every meal, indoor & outside. The resort has no measures in place to limit this issue. Some staff are friendly & others not so much. Plain & simple, male employees tend to be the nicest. All women in our group agreed to this assessment. We tipped all employees that provided good services. Room wasn’t cleaned until day 4. They will not clean unless you ask. They ignore you until you press the issue. It’s easier to call Google than the operator. The operators will ignore your calls, when they do answer, it’s with an attitude. Pools are unkept, water looks hazy, broken/loose tiles everywhere, smells like pee & not cleaned regularly, can’t smell the chlorine. Pool towels are not washed, only dried after each customer use. They reuse disposable plastic cups for poolside beer & mixed alcohol, gross. Our friend’s mattress had fresh urine on it, entire mattress had to be replaced on the first night. We made the best of our vacation considering all the issues.

We enjoy out stay and we felt as we were at home. The staff is very nice, happy and respectful. Animation team is very good and the hskp service was exceptional. The food and beverage delicious and unique.

Rooms are beautiful and comfortable. No transportation to move around. Pool smelling horrible and not control at pool bar, waiter Leonardo was drinking when serving. The pool restaurant that was open until 3 for lunch at 2 pm had lack of food every day. First day in my room I found dirty used lady panties under my pillow. We changed room and I left a bottle of conditioner in the shower, next day I reported and was never found. Buffet was ok and staff there was nice. The specialty restaurants start not well trained. The pools are not condition for all people either to shallow or too deep with no features for elder or medical conditions, only way was to be at the bar with all drunk people including barman. The paella on the beach was programes for 12, we arrived at 12:17 pm and there was nothing left. Shows were ok. In total I will give this hotel a 3 start

My wife and I have been to the Dominican 6 times now and this is by far the worst resort. I am rating this as a bad for a few different reasons. First off this was the worst Expedia experience. Which is rare. The staff at check-in was inexperienced, had no communication skills and was rude. He not only had no idea what was going on he gave no direction. I had to guess where and what to do. We asked where to book the restaurant reservations he told me to go to the front desk. (Wrong I had to go towards the pool area to Concierge). Now Concierge is friggin ridiculous!! This guy was like a car salesman!! He haunted us. After booking the restaurants he had to make sure we met with Pepe! Another salesman for excursions. This after we said we don't want to do any this year visiting, but didn't respect our decision. After that he asked us to go to a beach breakfast. We said sure. However that day my daughter was sick and we missed the breakfast, Which didn't sit well with Him (Edwardo). Every time we saw him he asked us why we didn't go. I tried to explain but he still DID NOT LISTEN!! We went to the front desk to complain, that was not going anywhere. Come to find out it was all about trying to get us to join the The Ultimate Leisure Club ( Time share basically) Lastly the amount of flies in and on the food was disgusting. Along with birds eating off the Beach BBQ Buffet and no employee was doing anything about it. Literally. The inside buffet was just as bad. STAY AWAY

Really great for family. The pools were nice, very deep in some places. The staff were very attentive and were always there when you needed something. The place was very clean. Unfortunately couldn't enjoy the beach because it's very much seaweed season.
