I did not personally enjoy my time. I had many issues with resort. The only good part, the best part, was Rodney (our personal butler). He did everything he could to make our stay a good one. My sister was injured and we needed a bandaid, there was no first aid kit anywhere. We had to go on a search asking around for a bandaid and needed to clean her wound with vodka. There was no evening entertainment and nobody knows where anything is. The restaurant staff is very unhelpful and not friendly. I did enjoy the gym, they had an excellent fitness center. We had a late flight and asked for a late check out from the moment we arrived. They pushed up until our last day just to tell us that we could not have one. They locked us out of rooms even before our check out scheduled time. For what is supposed to be a high-end resort, I found them to be very cheap and not accommodating.

Everything was excellent!! All the staff was so friendly and helpful. They truly care about their guests. TRS is absolutely beautiful. We stayed here for 9 nights for our Honeymoon and I highly recommend it to anyone traveling to DR. 100/10!!! Our Butler Rodny was excellent and he made our stay even better than we expected. We couldn’t of asked for a better time

The atmosphere was quiet and very relaxing, and the food was really good. We did upgrade to the VIP package, but in my opinion it wasn’t worth the extra cost. The highlight, however, was that the Chic Cabaret experience was included, and that made the trip truly special.

The property was absolutely beautiful and the food was amazing and that’s saying a lot because most all inclusive food is lackluster. Not many fun activities on the resort. So if you’re younger and want to party every now and then, this isn’t the resort. But overall we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves.
