This was my first all inclusive experience and it was wonderful! Noris was our butler and she took care of everything, we didn’t have to worry about a thing. The resort is beautiful and large. The beach was amazing!

We had a fantastic vacation. Rodney our butler was great, he made all our dinner reservations and anything else we needed! Food was good, maid service was great, as well as turn down service. I liked that you had access to all the properties as we went to all of them for food. Rooms were a little dated but beds were nice. Drinks were good and we had a fun time.

Our third time here in as many years. Loved everything about this resort. The people and staff are so very friendly and helpful, always smiling. The rooms were amazing - this time we had a Romantic Swim Up Suite - highly recommend it !!! Great food and drinks all day & night, including 24 hour room service. The pools and beautiful beaches are really fun, as were the activities throughout the week - especially the Chic Cabaret show and the big Super Bowl party !!! We’ll be back again soon …. From start to finish, everything was wonderful. Clean rooms, stayed in building 56. Amenities were great for a relaxing vacation. If there was anything that wasn't pleasant, was the lunch lady at the food truck. Everyone else was a pleasure to meet. Would definitely go back.

The room was wonderful and the staff was fantastic. Rodny was our e-butler and I can’t speak highly enough of the job he did. The staff were amazing, Special recognition to Dahana and Emmanuel for the great poolside and beach side service. They were spot on! Couldn't ask for better folks. Our butler, Edward, was also fantastic. Biggest regret was he was on his day off when we left so we did not get to thank him personally. He went above and beyond to get us reservations and helped to make my wife's birthday special with balloons in the room, a chilled bottle with glasses, and great reservations for Chic Cabaret.

Had a great first vacation with my husband here, Randy was an amazing butler and made sure we got great reservations at all the restaurants. The facilities were clean, pool was gorgeous and the service was fantastic. Wouldn’t highly recommend this resort.

Rodny, our personal butler, greeted us upon arrival, set up our dinner reservations and then shepherded us through the week. Every problem we encountered he resolved. Our week was luxurious, heavenly pleasant, full of sunny beach days in the water or on our lounge chairs, sometimes the same except by the pool. Excellent dining breakfast, lunch and dinner with plenty of options and decadent desserts. Very happy experience - thanks Rodny.
