Imagine enjoying your morning coffee with a beautiful sunrise in your peaceful lanai overlooking the large canal!

Welcome to our fully updated (2025) home. Dolphin Dream House has 3 bedrooms 2 baths located in Punta Gorda Isles.

Inside this fully renovated home you will be welcomed by an open concept that leads you directly to the kitchen. The kitchen has all brand-new appliances and everything you would need to make a home cooked meal. The unique kitchen table accommodates six guests, and the island seats another four.

Once you step out of the kitchen, you'll notice our beautiful coffee/wine area. It includes wine glasses, decanter, Keurig coffee machine, espresso machine and mini fridge to keep your wine chilled and beverages cold.

Next, you can relax in our living room that has comfortable seating, a new TV and many board games. In the master bedroom you will find a desk and a reading chair with a wonderful view of the canal.

Our favorite part of the home is the full wall of sliding glass doors that lead to the screened in Lanai where you'll find the heated pool. This area has a new table for six, three chaise lounge chairs, pool towels, sunscreen, kids like jackets, TV and new Weber grill.

Head on down to the dock where you may be greeted by a dolphin, manatee, sea turtle, or the many fish that swim by. We supply the fishing poles; you just have to catch the dinner! Don't forget to grab one of the lanterns at night to enjoy the fish lights where you have an opportunity to catch a Snook, Black Drum or Tarpon. It is truly like your personal aquarium.

In the garage you will find bikes, pickle ball equipment, fishing equipment, and everything you may need for a beautiful beach day. A 2-mile bike ride can get you to Fisherman's Village where you can enjoy a lovely waterfront setting with charming shops, delicious seafood and harbor views. You can also watch the catch of the day brought in by local charter fisherman, visit the beautiful boutiques, boat rentals, sunset cruises, live entertainment and a vibrant community atmosphere.

If you are an avid Golfer, you will love that Punta Gorda offers plenty of opportunities to play a round of golf in paradise!

One of the many great perks of Punta Gorda is being within 50 minutes of at least six different beaches. Each beach has a different experience. Venice Beach is a little corner of paradise that is world renown for finding shark teeth. Englewood Beach offers white sand, sparkling blue waters and spectacular sunset views year-round. Fort Myers is known for its white sandy beaches, and seafood restaurants. The list goes on and on. There is also a great opportunity for the boat lovers to tie their boat to our dock and enjoy the private islands to find starfish, seashells and sand dollars.

If you would like pool heated, please let us know a few days ahead of check in. There will be a $100.00 a week charge for this service.

The house was the best equipped vacation rental I have had the pleasure of renting. The home was located in a quiet neighborhood close to Fisherman’s village and about 30 minutes from the beach. I plan to rent this home for a month next year.

Dolphin House - PGI

Was a wonderful stay. The house was beautiful, very clean, and is in a great location. Pool/beach toys, beach umbrellas, "water wings" for kids were at the house which was really helpful. The owner had suggestions for area locations and my grandson had fun adding to the shell collection. We would definitely stay here again.

We had an amazing stay at the dolphin dream house. The house was immaculate and well stocked. Fishing in the canal behind the house was great fun. We caught so many fish and a pretty wide variety too.The area around the home was very nice too. Downtown and fisherman's village were highlights.The host was very responsive and accommodating.I would definitely recommend the dolphin dream house and hope to stay here again soon.

This place was more than perfect! The hostess was extremely sweet and answered any questions we had quickly. There was a beautiful gift basket when we arrived, the pool was clean as well as the house. We fished off the back ramp and caught 2 big fish! There was lots of things in the house that we didn't even need to buy ( although we felt right replenishing). We will def stay here again!!! You won't be disappointed if you book this one!! Close to lots of food and stores.

Amazing!

The house is absolutely perfect! Sherrie was a wonderful host who accommodated our every request! Her house had everything we could ever need, the pool was warm, the location perfect, beds were comfy, extremely clean. We had luck fishing from the dock and enjoyed watching the boats from the pool. Sherrie really thought of everything when setting up her rental house. We will definitely be back!

5 Stars – A Perfect Stay for the Whole Family (Including the Pups!)

We had a truly wonderful stay at this beautiful home! Traveling as a family of four with two pets, we couldn’t have asked for a better setup. The house was spacious, spotless, and fully stocked with everything we could possibly need—and then some. From kitchen essentials, to fishing poles, to beach essentials, to board games, it felt like every detail had been thoughtfully considered.The location was perfect—peaceful, friendly and quiet, with a lovely neighborhood that felt very safe. We especially enjoyed relaxing by the pool and fishing right off the dock—such a treat! There was also plenty of yard space for our dogs for our dogs to go potty.The host was incredibly responsive and helpful whenever we had a question, which made us feel even more welcomed and comfortable. It truly felt like a home away from home, and we wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again. Highly recommend

Everything was ideal. Loved everything about the house (location, decor, layout, items supplied with the house,etc). Pool and screened in area were great. Great communication with host. Loved being on the canal. There were no signs and labels everywhere telling you "don't to do this" , and "don't touch that" like you see with some properties. It seems they trust their guests to know how to act and use common sense, which I appreciated and I think adds to the overall feel and experience. Definitely would come back.

Wonderful vacation home!

My family and I had the best time at this vacation home. It is even better than the pictures. The house is PERFECT! Just pack your bags and go!!Sherrie is a wonderful host, always available if you have any questions. It is beautifully furnished and comfortable. The kitchen has everything you need, including a coffee bar! The pool area is spacious and beautiful. You can fish and view dolphin right off the dock. No need to pack your fishing poles, they are right there. It is conveniently located close to shopping and restaurants. You can get anywhere in 5 - 10 mins. We highly recommend this home for your stay in Punta Gorda. We will be back next year.

Local and Florida native returns home

We sold our waterfront home 5 years ago and became full time RV travelers. We needed to be back for graduation season, birthdays, and vacation. I was thrilled to find Dolphin Dream House. The home is exactly as depicted in the photos (if not better) and very well appointed with everything you could possibly need, from the butler pantry with a slushy machine for your days by the pool to 3 different methods to enjoy your morning coffee, there was nothing I wished was in the house or the pool area that had bug spray, lotion, and a wireless speaker! The kitchen is outfitted to cook a full meal and host a gathering. The garage had bikes, fishing gear, and beach gear to facilitate your outdoor adventures. This truly is a place you could bring your clothes and nothing else. Sherrie has thought of absolutely everything including robes, shampoo, condition, lotion, and a welcome basket with wine and goodies!! Reservation process was easy, communication was fantastic, and checkin was breeze. I'm almost leery to give such a raving review in fear it will be booked when we next want to visit!! Don't hesitate..this is the perfect house to enjoy Florida at it's best, and that's coming from a local!
