Modern hotel, big spacious rooms. Comfy bed. A lot of food options. A lot of rules staff on the strict side. Summer time ocean terrible alot of seaweed. Need to walk a lot if you want to try different food options.

I experience multiple of minor issue in my room and because it was a short stay i did want to inconvenience my wife as we were celebrating our 11th anniversary. But at the checkout i express to the agent at the desk all issues about the room and i was not offer any compensated for the inconvenience. But the staff were great!

Everything about this property is extremely nice, but somehow the service is even better. The only thing I didn’t like about this resort was the price to play a round of golf. Seemed pretty unrealistic, and it makes since why I didn’t see a lot of golfers.

The food is absolutely amazing, however the workers weren’t very friendly. I didnt feel the warm welcome im used to, maybe because the property is so big? The beach setup is kinda weird, seems like they need more chairs by the beach and more upkeep.

Atelier exceeded all of my expectations! The resort was pure luxury, the food was absolutely incredible, and I can’t say enough good things about the staff they were attentive, professional, and truly went above and beyond to make our stay perfect. I’ve been to Cancún three times, and this was by far my best experience. Choosing to stay outside the Zona Hotelera was the right call everything about this trip felt more authentic and peaceful. I’m already planning my return!
