Very nice hotel with an excellent staff (Christian, Alex, J’aime and Luis) to named only them. It is a calm and small hotel. Perfect to wind down. Food was great, only down side is that there is only 4 restaurants, in which 2 offer a very similar menu.
I would recommend this hotel.

L’hôtel est très propre et bien entretenu avec un excellent confort.La restauration est variée et de qualité ( bon standing).Cette qualité de service nous accompagne jusqu’à la plage de sable fin qui se trouve à quelques mètres de l’hôtel.Ajoutez à tout cela calme +tranquillité +soleil =Séjour INOUBLIABLE

Très bel hôtel pour un séjour en amoureux
Publié le 25 déc. 2019 sur HotelsTrès bel hôtel, décor moderne, plutôt de style zen. Personnel au top, très gentil, toujours prêt à aider. Les chambres sont belles et spacieuses, les lits sont incroyablement confortables !! La formule all inclusive est très agréable et propose de la nourriture et des boissons à longueur de journée, on ne manque de rien, il y en avait beaucoup plus que ce qu il nous fallait ! Les restaurants proposent une carte variée et élaborée.
Nous avons eu un souci de climatisation dans notre chambre (fuite du condensa dans la nuit), la direction nous a donné une chambre d un niveau supérieur (superbe !). Quoi qu il en soit, nous avons beaucoup apprécié la gentillesse du personnel, surtout les animateurs d activités et de sport Ernesto et Rommel.

The food is corect but the plates are cool....
The resort is to small
Only 4 restos
No french and Italien restos....WHY
Beach is nice but to many objects blocking the view...
Section 1 is to noisy for old people...
Excellence at Playa Mujeres is definitely better

We stayed at Beloved Playa Mujeres for 5 nights and it was the best all-inclusive vacation we ever had. The resort is couples only, so it was very serene and peaceful. I enjoyed meeting other like minded people. The food and facilities were exceptional. I loved the variety of cuisines and the quality of ingredients. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, with an amazing private pool front patio. The spa was a highlight, offering relaxing hydrotherapy treatment. The resort also had plenty of activities to keep us entertained, such as nightly entertainment.
What made this resort stand out was the incredible service from the staff. They were friendly, attentive, and professional. They went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and pampered. I want to give a special shout out to Guadalupe from the Bocadito food truck, who made the best tacos and nachos. Elvis from the Lupita lounge, who kept us entertained with his jokes and stories. Luis from the pool service, who always brought us fresh towels and drinks. Christian, the general manager, who checked on us every day and made sure we had everything we needed. And Ambar and Jesus from the Lupita steakhouse, who served us the most delicious steak.
I would highly recommend Beloved Playa Mujeres to anyone who is looking for a peaceful and luxurious vacation. It is truly a paradise on earth. I can't wait to go back and experience it again.
