Disappointed 3 days stay in doubletree By Hilton

The ventilation system is not working well at all . Stay for 3 nights and woke up 3 nights because of sweat . Aircon was not working . Given the benefit of doubt that it was winter thus the aircon system cannot be turned on however we still feel the heat with the window opened as suggested by the front desk . If guest cannot feel the comfort of staying in the hotel for whatever reasonable reason , the hotel fail its primary purposes . *. Setting of ventilation panel on wall was confirmed to be correct .

Best hotel in Putian, great front desks staff

I travel to Putian at least once each year for business, and I would always choose this hotel. During my first visit to Putian, I stayed at this hotel for 12 days, and the staff made it feel like home away from home in Putian. There are no other hotels in Putian which compare to the level of service received here, the service is excellent! If you are traveling for business, then this really is the best option. Front desk staff are very friendly and do everything they can to make your stay as comfortable and relaxing as possible, the FD management are superb! concierge service is very good and always on hand. Fitness center and pool is the best in Putian. Most of the staff speak English and are knowledgeable. I recommend trying The buffet dinner , as it has has a very good selection of fresh local seafood. Overall I think I have stayed at this hotel more than 25 days to date.

Overall a pleasant business trip stay in Putian. Hotel staff is helpful and good service.
