The property was clean enough, quiet and had easy parking. The room originally booked smelled of cleaning chemicals so they were able to move rooms to a bigger room. While it was discounted I do feel it would have been more appropriate to give me the room at the same price as originally booked. Staff was polite.

Would not recommend! Dated and in need of repairs.

If you are looking for a place to sleep, shower and get out the door, then I would recommend this establishment but with caution! It is in need of a DEEP clean and repairs. The bed was clean, there were dispensers in the shower and the heating worked fine. Fridge was cold and clean. The room was dated, bathroom was dirty and the ceramic needs a good scrub. We were there to visit Québec, not to see the hotel. If that is you the 104$ we paid a night was fine. If you are looking for a space to relax and be pampered, this is not it!! We brought our own pillows and sheets, checked the bed for bed bugs. Not a place I would stay a second time.

Old facility. Low supply of hot water. Noisy heating system. Walls are thin like aluminum paper. Can hear easily neighbours. I don’t recommend this except if you have low exceptions and like low prices.

Parfait rapport qualité-prix.

Perfect stay: quietness, cleanliness and location with parking without hassle. Séjour parfait: tranquilité, propreté et localisation. Les installations étaient à la hauteur du prix-qualité. Seul manquement: petit micro-ondes pour réchauffer le café/thé. Couple québécois
