Hotel room was very clean and tidy, bathroom was spotless. Check in was very easy, staff was very courteous. If you look on google reviews you might get scared of this hotelOnly issue was the bed is a bit firm. Its not a cheap bed, just a bit firm for my liking, had a rough 2 nights sleeping.

Need a good overall cleaning, dust in corner, old band aid near the tub, carpet very dirty new couch would be a must. Time hotel are nice for the quality room well-built layout we love the prestige room.

The rooms were nice and clean. We were near the elevator, so it was pretty noisy with people talking while waiting and the elevator itself made noise. I would recommend asking to change room if your room is by the elevators.
