Overall this is a lovely place to stay in Quebec City, just outside the walls and easy access to old Quebec City as well as other fun areas in the city. Its an older hotel so it shows its age in spots but overall I would recommend. They have a lovely pool area which is great for a quick respite from traveling.

Hotel is in a GREAT location easy walking to Old Quebec City as well as other areas of the city. Its an older hotel which in spots is showing its age but overall it was a lovely place to stay.

The hotel is good, the pool area being the showpiece. The bar made some good cocktails but their range was limited. Its 1 block away from Old Quebec city, so there's tons of shopping and dining to be had close by.

La chambre n’était pas propre (sol collant, salle de bains avec cheveux) Cela a été signalé 3 fois, avec des mini corrections à chaque fois. Nous étions en famille. J’ai fait cela poliment dès notre arrivée. Mais lors de ma dernière demande, la personne était assez directe et fermée. Je ne recommande pas cet hôtel.

We love the Hotel Palace Royal. We stay here every year when we're in Quebec City. Such a great location, and the rooms with the inside balcony overlooking the pool are just so much fun.

Staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating I loved the kindness staff showed when my step mother fell the concierge found a pharmacy open on st mean baptiste day and had a walking cane delivered directly to the hotel. Thank you so much as it really helped with the remaining vacation days

Luxurious hotel with wonderful restaurant and unique indoor pool with garden & water fountain. However the room service was a bit slow and we had to call down to the front desk to check on its status. Overall good stay and would return.

This property is all about location. Your a 2-minute walk to the tourist area. The furniture in the living room and bedroom areas was old and in dire need of replacement. The kitchenette and bathroom were in very good condition. The laminate flooring was scratched with multiple deep grooves. The balcony furniture was so big that it prevented the door to open properly. The only way to use the balcony was to squeeze yourself out.
