Located at 404 Saint-Anselme Street, at the corner of Saint-Joseph East Street, our bohemian apartment immerses you in the authenticity of our beautiful province. Comfortable and creative, it combines tradition and modernity to offer you a warm refuge, just steps away from the city's iconic sites. Enjoy a unique stay, guided by friendliness and a love of local culture. We hope you feel at home here at Folk Hébergement!

This loft, located on the second floor and accessible by stairs, was designed to accommodate two people. It offers a pleasant and intimate living space with all the amenities you need.

You will find an open bedroom with a very comfortable queen-size bed and a television. A beautiful bathroom with a shower, as well as a fully equipped kitchenette, including a removable hotplate, a mini fridge, and a Nespresso coffee machine with complimentary coffee. All essentials are provided (soap, shampoo, sheets, towels).

Regarding parking:

We recommend visiting Parkopedia. com. There you will find parking options near Folk Hébergement, with all the details on locations and rates.
Upon arrival, you can park temporarily in the drop-off zone in front of the building to unload your luggage. Please note that there are also the following parking lots near our building:
1. Dorchester Parking (240 Rue Saint-Vallier E) – 340 spaces
2. Jardin St-Roch Souterrain – 358 spaces
3. And other public parking lots located nearby.
You can also use the parking meters on the street.
