Great place for a family stay. Modern roomy warm apartment with all the facilities we needed - and only a 5 minute walk to the CBD and transport options. Awesome friendly staff.

The image of the hot tub is very misleading. We purchased on the assumption there was a shared hot tub outside for guests. There isnt, only the penthouse Accomodation is old and tired but fine, good location but we were literally on top of the road so road noise a bit of an issue trying to sleep. The front desk staff were excellent with communication/emails and help.

Good location if you’re not sensitive to light

Good location but our bedrooms did not have any external windows. The only windows are to the main corridor where the lights were turned on all night long. We had to ask for blackouts to be fitted in the windows to be able to sleep.

There was construction going on at the back of the property right by our windows. Which was not told to us prior to booking or even when checking in. No air conditioning, which isn’t good in the summer heat. Also they promised a small refund and didn’t give us a refund in USD even though that’s how we paid. So they didn’t give us a what they promised for the inconvenience.

Wonderful staff made up for downsides

First of all i have to say that the staff were amazing and the room itself was all good as well. Unfortunately, that is where the good points finish - apartments were on a street with over a 35° gradient so most definitely not for the disabled - access to apartment through the garage - building work on 3 sides starting at 7am (even at the weekend)

Great spot , easy walk to town, plenty to choose from food wise. A little construction going on atm , so first morning was noisy. Manager kindly moved us to a courtyard room, very cosy. Would return no problem
