Whakarire is the main villa and is located on the upper levels and Waipatiki is on the ground floor of the villa. The options for guests to book both villas or Waipatiki and Whakarire independently provides so much flexibility when traveling with family and friends in larger or smaller groups.
Upon entering Whakarire you are welcomed with light spaces and stylish decor complimenting the views out towards Lake Wakatipu and The Remarkables.
The open plan living space has been cleverly designed to allow indoor / outdoor flow for larger groups to relax in, this space is truly the heart of the home where everyone will come together. The kitchen has all of the modern appliances to make entertaining a breeze or you can wonder into Queenstown and enjoy the many restaurants, bars and cafes right on your doorstep.
A unique feature of the this incredible villa is that it is comfortably accommodates twelve guests, the master bedroom with ensuite bathroom is located on the upper level for further relaxation, two double bedrooms share a ensuite shower room and the younger adults will enjoy the bunk room and third bathroom.
On the upper floor of the home is a further media room ideal for relaxing and the outdoor balcony has the spa pool and additional outdoor seating to enjoy the views.

Beautiful home & breathtaking view!
This property was amazing and had everything our girls trip needed! The views the moment you opened the door were amazing and the location couldn’t have been better! Would highly recommend for a group and look forward to returning!
