Friendly and warm stay with my dog

I was travelling with my dog to hike around the area. Very friendly staff also with the dog, wich is what I value most. Extremely nice the staff at breakfast (excellent food and cooking with local delights). Though was very confusing -even tricky- when booking the info about the non existent SPA yet. For the last two nights had an issue with the TV and its possibility to connect to the phone/laptop what it causes me two days lost of work. I have booked this hotel specifically for that possibility so I could check work files in th screen. The reception staff at that moment was not helpful but very useless when it came to solve it (asked about the issue 3 times; been told the problem was only with my room after checking in other empty ones BUT didn’t offered me to change room). But I had a nice stay and so my dog which is what matters to me the most.

Bonjour, À l'arrivée nous avons été plutôt bien reçu dans l'ensemble nous avons souhaité réserver 4 places pour le restaurant pour le soir et avons profité de l'espace détente. Le carrelage de l'espace détente et pas nickel nickel surtout celui qui est au milieu de la piscine vous avez tu as passé votre doigt et vous sortez toute la crasse.( bon le chlore sert de désinfectant) idéal jacuzzi sauna hammam... L'évier reste bouché constamment dans la salle de bain... RESTAURANT. Ne vous attendez pas à manger de la super cuisine la plupart des choses sont congelés et nous nous sommes retrouvés avec un vers vivant dans notre assiette. (vidéo à l'appuie et le serveur a vu de ses propres yeux)... Pour le coup un peu dégoûté pour manger la suite du repas nous n'avons eu quasiment pas d'excuse(uniquement du serveur) et aucune remise sur notre repas. Je vous invite donc juste à profiter uniquement de l'hôtel mais surtout ne pas aller au restaurant.

Séjour mitigé

Comme indiqué sur un autre commentaire, le parking effectivement est petit. Nous n'avons pas eu de chance, lorsque nous sommes arrivés à notre chambre duplex vers 17h 15 début septembre, le ménage n'était pas fait (papiers de bonbons sous un des lits, poussière sur le sol, dans les escaliers, sur le rebord de la fenêtre, cheveux sur la paroi de douche). Lorsque nous avons été le signaler à l'accueil, une personne est venue constatée, elle s'est excusée, nous a dit que nous aurions des boissons gratuites en compensation et a dit qu'elle ferait le ménage lorsque nous serions sorti, nous lui avions signalé que nous allions aller à la plage, nous avons mis la petite pancarte "merci de faire le ménage" mais à notre retour vers 19 h le ménage n'était tjs pas fait, nous l'avons de nouveau signalé, une autre personne a été voir si effectivement le ménage n'avait pas été fait, nous avons dû demander comment cela se passer pour les boissons gratuites mais cette fois au moins l'aspirateur a été passé (tant pis pour le reste du ménage ! ). Au restaurant le repas était bon mais nous avons patienté plus d'un quart assis avant d'aller demander pour avoir les menus et les couverts, les 3 serveurs donnés l'impression d'être débordés alors qu'il ne devait y avoir qu'une dizaine voire une quinzaine de table. Pareil, longue attente entre le plat principal et le dessert. Le petit déjeuner est bon et varié. Le coin piscine, jacuzzi, hammam et sauna est très agréable. Notre séjour a donc été mitigé

Manque la climatisation dans la chambre, literie pas confortable, coussins horrible pour dormir. J’ai apprécié les horaires d’ouverture de la piscine qui est ouverte jusqu’à 23h. L’emplacement proche du port.
