Wait for renovations to be completed

Hotel has been acquired by Hilton and is undergoing renovations. I have stayed here in the past and it was much nicer, but right now it doesn't cut it. The hot breakfast promised in the welcome email turned out to be bagels, bananas, apples, yogurt, milk, and cereal. They have stopped their hot breakfast during the transition. The Italian restaurant they had on site has closed. Water temp in shower was very difficult to adjust. During a rainstorm, water leaked from the window onto the window sill.

I do apologize you experienced these issues. I hope once we have made a full transitions to a Hilton you do come stay again and enjoy all that comes with it.

Not 1 single amenity was operational. 3 shuttered restaurants on property. Wifi would not allow my team and I to get any work done. Very poorly represented on Expedia.

We had stayed here in August for a family gathering and loved it. This time, they are in the process of renovations, so the big, hot breakfast was not available - only bagels and cold cereal. The exercise room was not available - but we could go across the street and use the one at another hotel. The beautiful Italian restaurant was closed. All of this would have been good to know before we booked our stay.

I do apologize about the lack of communication on our renovations I hope you will give us another chance once we have finished and come back and stay with us again.

We do apologize about the construction. We do offer a bagel bar for breakfast. Also I do apologize our gym is under construction as well at this time we are offering gym passes to our sister property that is across the street.

Don’t fall for the high ratings!

This hotel was rated very high for being clean. WRONG! Bathroom was just disgusting hair balls in shower, urine on the toilet and floor sink had not been clean. Overall room was just mah. Very outdated, with some minimal efforts to look more up to date. Renovations were happening which was nice to see but poorly executed. Bed was just ok, room was dusty(due to renovations). Pillows are horrible, bring your own,
