Great place to stay!

Very friendly staff on check in. There is a great restaurant on site with very reasonable pricing. Hotel is clean, pool is clean and hotel is close to everything. We would stay here again.

Bedding was clean BUT everything very very old, furniture in the room and bathroom good for the trash honestly (the chair was destroyed, bath from 1972). The worse was the carpet - stains and dirty in all the property (never cleaned, good for replacement, in corridors, all of them). Not worth 200$+ a night, it's more a 80$ place (and we got the trash truck noise at 6h15 too). Never again!

Overall the stay was good. Restaurant was extremely good. Hallways need work. Room's are clean but dated. Biggest negative is the lack of sound proofing between rooms. Yes, I would stay again.

Not a good place

The matress has holes and never been cleaned. I asked for another room and no help. We had 2 days reservation and I wanted to cancel second night as we didn’t want to stay in such non hygiene place. They refused it, thank you Hotels rep who helped us. The place is overpriced for the quality they deliver.

Room 229 was okay however smelt musty. Comfortable beds. Smelly corridor near our room. Swimming pool was diecasting: cloudy, dirty water and with clumps of hair floating around. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Not worth the money.

Very expensive for the quality of the hotel. We chose it because it had a pool. The man at the front desk was very nice, but was dressed like he was wearing a t-shirt and jeans. It doesn’t matter, but not very professionnel. Upon arrival, the pool was murky and cold so we didn’t go in it at all. -Very disappointing. And when we were packing to leave, there was a fair sized bug on my husband’s pillow. Seriously!!!!? A family shouldn’t pay $400 for that. The restaurant was great. I wouldn’t pay $400 to stay there again.

It was filthy-carpet, bathtub, bed scarf had a large blood stain on it. Would never stay there again ever.shame on Ramada Trenton for what you charged us.
