the staff was good, service was good, food on breakfast was good, there wasn't hot water in the shower, the room was a bit cold

Nice hotel in a newer area of the city. Comfortable bed. Big room. Only issue was no heat but they did give us an electric heater so it was good.

Overall positive experience at Le Parc

The staff were very friendly and easy to work with, very accommodating, lovely rooms. They were doing renovations while we were there and we smelled paint fumes and heard jackhammering at 7:00am - that wasn't as positive.

The staff is amazing in every way. The food is decent but considerably overpriced. If you're looking for luxury or upscale amenities, I would look elsewhere.
