Soleil, came et paysages imprenables

Magnifique petite location décorée avec goût. Literie de trÚs bonne qualité. C'est l'endroit idéal pour un peu de repos. on ne se lasse pas de la vue sur les paysages extraordinaires qui entourent la maison.

Un séjour idyllique

Les photos et le descriptif sont tout Ă  fait conformes Ă  la rĂ©alitĂ©. La maison est charmante, confortable, trĂšs bien amĂ©nagĂ©e et dĂ©corĂ©e et aussi... fraĂźche, ce qui en plein Ă©tĂ© est un atout non nĂ©gligeable! Le paysage est magnifique. On se trouve au milieu des collines toscanes, au calme, avec une sensation de quiĂ©tude et de bien-ĂȘtre incomparables. Emanuela est extrĂȘmement accueillante et chaleureuse mais sait aussi se montrer discrĂšte. En bref, un magnifique sĂ©jour, Ă  recommander et Ă  renouveler!

Calm in nature

Cosy, well equipped flat in a very exciting garden, big pool, table tennis and table soccer. Luca was really a friendly host, who made us feeling at home. As surprise there was a welcome breakfast box and his home made olive oil. Nearby a small typical Tuscan village with restaurants. We enjoyed our holiday so much.

Wir waren vor 6 Jahren schon einmal hier. Und auch diesmal war es wieder grandios. Die Wohnung, jetzt mit 2 Badezimmern, immer noch mega und super gepflegt. Der Außenbereich hat sich nicht verĂ€ndert, allerdings fĂŒr unseren Geschmack und fĂŒr diese Lage und zum allem anderen, einfach zu dunkel und zu bewachsen. Das geht definitiv besser 😊 Luca ist ein toller Vermieter/ Gastgeber, mehr brauch ich nicht zu sagen. Lieber Luca, sicher werden wir wiederkommen, vielleicht in 6 Jahren, wer weiß 😉

Wunderschön, ruhig, erholsam

Die Zufahrt ist teilweise holprig. Wir hatten die FeWo im Haupthaus, sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet, 2 SZ, 2 BĂ€der, die KĂŒche ist gut ausgestattet, sehr ruhige Lage. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett , man kann ihr eigenes Olivenöl kaufen, der Pool ist toll, die Aussicht genau wie auf den Bildern! Radicondoli bietet alles, was man fĂŒr ein paar Tage braucht, den Hang hoch ist man in 15min zu Fuß dort. Wir hatten einen tollen Urlaub und wĂŒrden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen!

Beautiful Retreat in Tuscany

My husband and I spent a week at this lovely property in Tuscany. The apartment was very clean and well-appointed, with beautiful views and well-kept grounds. The owner Luca was so kind and willing to help us with any questions we had during our stay. This is a more isolated property and we found it easier to cook at home rather than eat every meal out; to that end, the kitchen was very functional, and we really appreciated the private outdoor space where we could eat and work while still enjoying amazing views of the countryside. My only note is that this property is on an somewhat bumpy unpaved road, but we had no problem reaching it with our rental car. Overall a lovely experience!

Traumhaft schön

Wir haben eine wunderbare Woche im Podere il Giglio verbracht. Die Wohnung ist großzĂŒgig, gut ausgestattet, sehr sauber und mit viel Liebe fĂŒrs Detail eingerichtet. Der Außenbereich mit dem Pool ist traumhaft schön. Der Ausblick ins Tal war jeden Tag aufs Neue ein Genuss. Den kleinen Ort Radicondoli, den man mit einem kleinen Fußmarsch gut erreichen kann, haben wir schnell lieb gewonnen. Und die Vermieter, Emanuela und Luca, waren die nettesten und hilfsbereitesten, bei denen wir bislang unseren Uralub verbracht haben. Fazit: Es war perfekt!

nettes Haus, schöne Landschaft

Das Haus und die Vermieter sind super nett. Zauberhafte Aussicht vom Garten auf offene Landschaft. Niedliche kleine Dörfer sind mit Auto in 5 bis 15 Minuten erreichbar, wie zum Beispiel Radicondoli und Belforte. Uns gefÀllt Belforte besonders, teilweise auch weil das Restaurant dort nicht so voll und schwer zu reservieren :-) Ich kann das Haus nur weiter empfehlen!

Unfassbar schön

Wir hatten eine super Woche bei Luca. Das Anwesen ist wunderschön, der Pool hat eine fantastische Aussicht, die Liegen haben Schatten und sind bequem, es gibt genug Platz um draußen Sport zu machen und die kleine Stadt in der NĂ€he hat ein paar sehr empfehlenswerte Restaurants zu bieten. Alles war sehr sauber und es gab sogar MĂŒckennetze vor den Fenstern. Wir wĂŒrden immer wieder kommen!

Super Ferienwohnung

Das Objekt liegt inmitten von OlivenbĂ€umen und die Aussicht ist toll. Die Wohnung ist richtig hĂŒbsch eingerichtet und sauber. Die Vermieter sind sehr, sehr nett und sprechen perfekt Englisch. Auch am Pool gibt es nichts zu bemĂ€ngeln. Das Örtchen Radicondoli ist bezaubernd und man kann da gut essen. Wir kommen wieder!

Heaven in Tuscany!

We booked Podere il Giglio for five nights as a base from which we could explore, in every direction, the unique towns of Tuscany. Little did we know how much we would enjoy our accommodation itself. Simply perfect, 1 km outside of Radicondoli and surrounded by olive trees. Luca, our host, could have not been better, welcoming us with a bottle of a local wine plus everything we needed for our first breakfast. He is a real gem. We will definitely return to visit Luca again!

Tranquil and scenic

Beautiful setting, good standard of accommodation, a thoughtfully equipped property and a delightful helpful host. This property is set just below the charming village of Radicondoli and has far reaching views over rolling hills. The pool is superb, and there plenty of comfortable loungers. If you like a rural setting, views, tranquility and hearing owls at night then this is the place for you. There is some lovely walking around, one 3 mile circuit goes right past the driveway. (Worth putting a bit of midge repellant on before you go ) Our host recommended a local wine producer and a local cheese producer to us. Both well worth a visit. We have had a very lovely stay and are sorry to leave.

Sehr gemĂŒtliche Ferienwohnung in absolut traumhafter Lage

Die Ferienwohnung, unten im Haupthaus, liegt in einem herrlichen, großen GrundstĂŒck mit wunderschön angelegten Garten. Das andere Haus und der Swimmingpool sind ein StĂŒck weiter unten und man ist völlig ungestört. Vor dem Eingang ist ein schattiger Pavillon zum Sitzen und Essen, besonders schön zum FrĂŒhstĂŒcken. Die gemĂŒtliche, stilvoll eingerichtete Wohnung ist gerĂ€umig, mit WohnkĂŒche und zwei Schlafzimmern. Alles ist sehr sauber mit richtigem WohlfĂŒhlklima. Die Betten sind alle sehr bequem und haben sogar eine bezogene Bettdecke. Es ist absolut ruhig, man kann mit offenem Fenster schlafen. Die KĂŒche ist klein aber fein, sauber und gut ausgestattet. Das Bad ist neu und hat eine gut funktionierende Dusche. Der gepflegte Pool mit traumhafter Aussicht ist die perfekte AbkĂŒhlung nach einem langen Ausflug. Um den Pool herum befinden sich bequeme LiegestĂŒhle welche die Möglichkeit zum Abschalten in der Sonne bieten. Außerdem gibt es neben dem Pool eine Freiluftdusche um sich das Chlor abzuwaschen.Unter dem schattigen Überdach befinden sich die AutoparkplĂ€tze und eine Tischtennisplatte. Luca ist ein sehr netter und hilfsbereiter Vermieter, der sich um Alles kĂŒmmert. Er wohnt oben im Haupthaus, aber man ist völlig ungestört. Luca hat uns mit einem FrĂŒhstĂŒckskorb als Willkommensgeschenk ĂŒberrascht, was wir super nett fanden. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefĂŒhlt und können die Wohnung weiterempfehlen.

Sehr schön!

Wir waren im Sommer 2017 fĂŒr mehrere Wochen dort und haben unsere Zeit sehr genossen! Die Fotos entsprechen ziemlich genau dem, was uns dort erwartet hat. Unser Appartment war sehr schön und praktisch eingerichtet, sehr sauber, wirklich top! Luca (der Vermieter) war stets ansprechbar und ausgesprochen freundlich und hilfsbereit. Eines Tages beispielsweise stand eine große Kiste Lego vor unserer TĂŒr, mit dem unsere Kinder wĂ€hrend des Aufenthaltes spielen konnten, auch bei Ausflugszielen oder der Auswahl von Restaurant war er eine große Hilfe. Ein Auto braucht man hier unbedingt, im Ort (Radocondoli) gibt es kleine LĂ€den, den großen Einkauf haben wir hier abe nicht gemacht. Außerdem gibt es dort das eine oder andere nette Restaurant. In der Summe: wir wĂŒrden definitiv wiederkommen!

A wonderful calm place to unwind.

We had an absolutely wonderful time staying here. The property is in extremely good condition, clean and warm. The location is just so quiet that you can really unwind here. The hosts were equally wonderful and even bought us an Easter gift. They are thoughtful and really sincere people. The house served is well as a base to explore, although we could easily just stay and take in the view. I hope we are back some day.

a little bit of heaven

Emanuela and Lucca were truly gracious making sure we had everything we needed. The views from this little house are breathtaking and captivated us especially in the early morning and late at night We saw this property online and were so very surprised to find it is just as wonderful as it showed A beautiful house to stay in, everything that you see on the website is exactly how it is. The property was very clean and rustic. We did a few trips from here, Sienna, Volterra and San Gimignano, Certaldo One day we visited Florence by train and Emanuela was so kind to arrange our traintickets online. Other days we were happy to sit and enjoy the charms of this lovely place with the olive trees and the cat and dog who came to visit us. A great place to stay and a great experience. Our kids loved the swimmingpool very much. Il ciliegio was everything we thought it would be and more. We had a wonderful time. Wim Scheemaker

A perfect place for a great holiday!

The house is well equipped, clean and nicely decorated. The beds are perfect and long enough for tall Durch people :-). The place has a spectacular view on the Tuscan hills to the south and is very quiet. There is a nice pool which our kids really enjoyed as well as the outdoor table tennis. Radicondoli is a nice town with a bakery where we bought our fresh bread every morning. There are many small old villages in the surrounding with nice restaurants, coffee bars and gelaterias. And let us not forget the owners, Lucca and Emanuela are extremely hospitable and willing to help you if you need it. So, highly recommended and we will be back.

Wunderschöne Ferienwohnung in traumhafter Gegend

Die Ferienwohnung im Herzen der Toskana entsprach genau der Beschreibung. Die Gastgeber waren sehr herzlich und wir haben uns vom ersten Moment an willkommen gefĂŒhlt. Die Wohnung ist sehr liebevoll eingerichtet, der Sitzplatz im Freien bot sowohl zum FrĂŒhstĂŒck als auch zum Abendessen Schatten und einen tollen Ausblick. Das GelĂ€nde war sehr gepflegt mit vielen netten Ecken, BĂ€nken und KrĂ€utern. Von Radicondoli aus haben wir viele AusflĂŒge unternommen, die Lage ist dafĂŒr recht zentral.
