Staff at check-in was extremely rude and disinterested , not helpful with parking. Loud clicking noise in the room all night long. Slow service during breakfast. Manager Jean Garner was not helpful and unwilling to help with issues since it was booked through Expedia. When told about complaints, we were notified that there is no manager available on weekend and to contact this Jean person on Monday. Avoid this property at all cost!

The staff was completely guest-oriented! No housekeeping on Thanksgiving, but we did not need it.Whatever we needed, the front desk made sure we had it!
