Great host!

There was a city power outage that impacted our unit during the stay. The host was incredibly kind and accommodating. 5 stars for his communication and kindness. The unit was clean and comfortable. A bit dated but a great value.

Clean and quiet

Overall, the place was easy to find, and it was in a nice neighborhood. I felt very secure there.The unit itself was super clean, the only drawback was the cleaning product was very very strong and kind of gave me it and my kiddo a headache.Everything find. There were two of us staying there and only one washcloth and one hand towel, which is a bit of a drag, but overall everything was quite orderly very comfortable, and I would be happy to stay here again.. really the only complaint is the scent of the cleaning product, which was super strong. The owner was immediately accessible when we needed to contact him about getting into the unit which was wonderful.. thank you so much!

Quiet and comfortable

The condo fit our needs very well. It is in a great location, everything was very neat and quiet. As others have said, the condo is a bit dated and the bathroom needs some TLC, but we managed just fine. VRBO didn't send us the check-in details so that caused us some anxiety, but we were able to reach the owners and so could enter the condo just fine.

Pretty nice area, got a room facing the courtyard which was very nice. It was a great location and the place was clean. Could use a little upgrades in the bathroom, but it was clean so that's all that really mattered.

Cool funky space, lots to see and do!

This apartment was exactly what we needed. The setting was unique and interesting, within easy walking distance of Downtown Durham. The unit was clean, the beds were comfy, and the kitchen was well-equipped. The bathroom could use a little updating, but was perfectly serviceable. Would stay here again!

Durham NC-Great Location

The condo complex is a rectangle with condos in two levels with an amazing center courtyard filled with plants, trees, seating-very inviting are to sit outside. Also a large belt pool( not open when we weee there). Drawbacks: small, but really plenty of room for a short stay. Some things were iffy, an old trash can that foot pedal was broken,limited cooking sobs, utensils, no containers or Saran or foil to wrap, contain items for fridge. Sink in bathroom would not drain normally, water sat for some time. Shower , bathroom quite dated with decomposition off the lower door , could use some TLC! However, other than the sink it would not deter us from a short stay again.

Condo Life

Great condo - clean, neat, and with some really nice touches that we appreciated. The courtyard space is top notch for swimming, reading, and having that morning cup of coffee. Would 100% stay here again.
