Good stay but problem with Hotel.com booking
Publié le 1 févr. 2018 sur HotelsThey didn’t have my reservation when I arrived for the first night. They had it for the second night. I had the confirmation from Hotel.com. They suggested I should contact Hotel.com but I feel that is not my problem to sort out particularly after 20 hours of travel!

Good breakfast. My only issue is we reserved a room with a king bed and got a queen instead.

The first room we walked into had a dirty toilet with creatures floating in it. The second room we were given had keys that didn’t work. We finally ended up in a third room. Carpeting everywhere is threadbare and in need of replacement.

Didn’t get room booked!
Publié le 25 févr. 2024 sur HotelsI booked 2 King rooms with pull out couch and the room given for one was only a King for 3 people. When asked at the counter for a roll a bed, they didn’t have any. It was never mentioned that the room didn’t have the couch either when checking in. She wasn’t very personable either.
