Room was very neglected. Fan falling in bathroom. Room lights didnt turn on. The whole room was rigged. I stayed before and other room wasnt like this. Cracked tiles by the sink.

The staff was amazing! Thw beds and pillows are very comfortable. The area was quiet and nice. We walked to the restaurant close by.

Overall it was okay. Good for a night. Couldn't sleep though due to people yelling and arguing and listening to music at 3am what sounded like directly outside of my room. Some lights didn't work. Staff was not very attentive at all. Waited a while each time I needed help because no one was there.

Our room had a constant hum going at all times. We noted it with the manager when he came to hook up the tv for us. He thought it was the tv next door but it wasn’t. It was like a wind tunnel in the ceiling. Too noisy for my husband.

One of the worst hotels I've ever stayed in, rude CSR, dirty, nasty rooms - mold, floorboards coming up, rust, dirty bedding, just horrible.

Room was nice. But the staff that was working the day of my check out scammed me out of money. The day earlier I had spoken to the girl working about a late check out. She said that I could stay until 1:00 pm without an additional charge. The next morning I found out that I needed additional time because my client would not need me until later. I went and asked the guy working about staying a little later and he told me that for an extra $30 I could stay until 5:00 pm. I tripled verified with him that I would be good until 5. He said “yes”. About an hour or so later this same guy proceeded to tell me I need to go by 1:30. He said that to stay until 5, I would need to pay for another night. I had just paid him $30 to stay until 5 because he told me I could. But proceeded to kick me out. He never refunded me my $30. A scam artist!!!!
