We enjoyed our stay, just wish they weren't testing the fire alarms. I know it had to be done and I am glad they do have it checked.
The staff were wonderful, the room was clean, and we were close UNC and about 10 minutes from the Dean Dome. What more could you ask for?

The room was immaculately clean and well stocked. The front desk employees were all very nice and helpful. Beds were SUPER comfortable. The only real issue we had was the dining staff. They didn't really seem to understand that we were there to eat and they never took our order. But we did go to the room and called it in. The food was good, and decently priced. The person who took the money was the same person who was confused about us eating there and they seemed to be confused about the payment for the food too. I'm not sure if they were new or what, but it was a little frustrating. Other than that, our stay was perfect. We will definitely be returning.

Lingering HVAC issue
Publié le 1 déc. 2023 sur HotelsI had an issue with my HVAC that never seemed to get rectified. So I spend 4 of my 5 day stay dealing with a random beeping noise that woke me up about 2x per night.
