For the first time ever, I've made a reservation a month in advance. This reservation The 1st day was paid for when we arrived at 9 AM, which the property already knew. Because I said, I would be late because of the flight delays coming in from Las Vegas, they gave the room away. They told me that I had until 11 o'clock AM to check out and it was already 9 o'clock in the morning. They did not try to honor the rate. They made a new reservation. It was a $190 more than my original reservation. This was a tactic to make money and to screw over. A customer that have stayed at this property for other times I will never stay at the motel. 6 at Rancho Mirage, ever again me and my partner had to sleep in the car part of the afternoon, because it was a holiday weekend, and the temperatures reached 95, we finally found a room and had to go 35 minutes out of Palm Springs to do so customer service at Motel 6 said that they would refund my first night that was paid for I haven't heard anything from them.This was the worst experience ever and they did not give a damn
