The room was in good condition. The only lighting was two stand lamps. The bed was comfortable. Negative aspects were that the TV didn't work, and the AC unit sounded like a small jet getting ready to take off. I would recommend this property.

Hotel was a little dated but in the middle of some cosmetic upgrades. Close to Mt Rushmore, Crazy Horse and the wildlife trail. Would stay there again.

Requested a ground floor several months ago. Irritated that we were on the second floor. Carpet in room had big stains and didn’t look very clean. Someone cooking and very strong food smells coming through the ventilation system for 1/2 the night. Smelled like a strong curry like smell. Not a great experience.

The property is in okay condition. It is being worked on, so not a big deal. It shows that they are trying to make it better. Parking lot definitely needs some attention. The surrounding properties don't help much. Overall I would stay again.

There was no soap, had to use “conditioning shampoo” to wash hands after using the bathroom. No real blanket, just a heavy top sheet. Bed was fairly comfortable, shower had good water pressure.

Cost Effective

The rooms are nice and clean. We left before breakfast so can’t comment. The problem is feeling insecure because people prop open the back doors constantly and no one is there. Otherwise good value for a great price.

Clean and friendly staff.

Very clean and the staff were great. No adjustments on the air conditioner so had to turn it off when I went to sleep because of the noise. Little stuffy in the morning. No ice bucket or glasses so had to go and request them at the desk. Bathroom needed updates as the toilet stool was very low and no hand rails anywhere making it a bit difficult as I'm 80 years old. Again the staff were great and everything about it was very clean.
