Outside the resort, 1.1 km from the centre, in a quiet, sunny, elevated position, 900 m from the sea, 900 m from the beach, in a cul-de-sac. Private: property 1'400 m2 with lawn, swimming pool angular, heated (24 m2, depth 110 - 140 cm, seasonal availability: 01.Jan. - 31.Dec.) with internal staircase. Terrace (40 m2), garden furniture, barbecue, children's playground (slide, swing, sandbox). In the house: internet access, central heating system, washing machine. Parking (for 3 cars) at the house on the premises. Shop 1.1 km, restaurant 1 km, bus stop 6.5 km, pebble beach 900 m. Please note: private mooring. It is necessary to announce 7 days in advance if the pool heating is required. 2 bicycles rental possible (included in the price, on request).
