Heaven on earth

This hotel is so good that I didn’t want to leave a review because I want to keep it secret but honestly the staff and service were so kind and helpful and I have never been to a better pool. We had to leave early because my girl wasn’t feeling well and the staff was so helpful they even called us the next day to see how she was feeling. You can’t find this type of service in Europe it’s the best. Can’t wait to go back

The driver arranged by the hotel from airport was extremely courteous and well spoken. Our room was upgraded from a junior suite to suite (or something like that) but it smelled rather dank maybe because it was raining. The walls had cracks and brown marks which stood out because they were white. We purchased a room spray from the gift shop which helped but odor was throughout hotel. The worst part was the breakfast which was a buffet, but the attendant insisted on serving fruit, etc. and did not speak English. She gave me one piece of each of the four fruits after I asked for more than one piece because I don’t eat eggs, etc. I typically just want fruit. The pieces were 1-2 inches long. What a joke.

Absolutely loved my stay at Caruso Belmond! Staff were amazing throughout the visit and were extremely attentive, friendly and happy to help. The landscape at the hotel are gorgeous. Location is perfect in Amalfi if you’re looking for a quieter vibe (compared to Positano for example). I got a free room upgrade upon check in, which was very appreciated. The room itself was great, bedding was very comfortable! Their drink, wine and food menus were all really good too. I honestly cannot think of any flaws with this property. They’ve exceeded all of my expectations and definitely worth the premium pricing!

Our stay here was ABSOLUTELY INCREDIBLE. The staff was extremely attentive and the property (and the amazing infinity pool) was stunning. It is hard to put our experience here into words- the only downside was that we had to leave. We cannot wait to go back someday.

Five Stars isnt enough ✨

Wonderful. We LOVE Belmond Hotels. They very kindly upgraded our rooms to Executive Jnr Suites. Food was wonderful and the service superb. The pool overlooking the Amalfi coast is exceptional. Cant speak highly enough about our stay. There is 5stars, then there's Belmond.
