Tremendously friendly and helpful staff. Wonderful breakfasts. Best pool at any hotel I’ve ever stayed. Not full size, but a competitive swimmer can actually do laps without it being a turn-fest.

It is a beautiful property conveniently located in the Herat of Ravello. The staff was super friendly and helpful. The sea view was amazing!

Disappointing end to holiday

Cold, relying on location and old name

I got in around 8 from driving all day and the restaurant manager intentionally left me waiting at the entrance of the restaurant for 15 minutes before coming over to say that it was 9 and they couldn't do anything. Most all the restaurants were closed nearby and I hadnt eaten all day. Extremely discourteous, especially as a paying guest of the hotel.
General attitude of displeasure when speaking with staff. Cold. The first room I went into (of which they had a very light occupancy at the time of the year) had a giant stain on the bedding, was hot with not fan or window, and a very weak wifi connection. Only until I asked for a new room was I shown a room feeling Im a bother.

Our stay was just okay. The rooms were small and the beds were uncomfortable. The staff wasn’t very helpful with making reservations. It was beautiful but an older hotel.
