We had an issue with our TV working. Young lady at the desk worked to resolve the issue. When it couldn’t be done, they offered us another room. Very good customer service.

Bathroom was dirty and I had to clean the tub myself since the cleaning staff were gone for the day. I couldn't check in on time since my room wasn't available and I had to wait for 45 minutes before check in. The front desk person was very helpful with what he could provide.

Poorly maintained landscape, even though there was not that much to maintain. Bath shower door handle loose; shower caulking needs attention. If you like railroad noise throughout the night, this is the hotel for you. Our room was railroad side; very disruptive to a good night's sleep.

For such a new property, we were pretty disappointed. The staff was very unhelpful: our tv was not hooked up and we were having a hard time figuring it out. We called down to see if the staff could help us. The girl said she was the only one at the desk so she couldn't help but she'd call us back. Never heard back from her. The breakfast was good but 80 minutes before it was supposed to end, most of the food was gone. I needed to print a pass for our activities for the day so i asked the front desk what i needed to do to use the computer and printer. She was less than helpful. "Just login with your account and password. " Um. Ok. Which one? I tried my microsoft accounts, Google, nothing worked. It was just frustrating.

Good property for Rawlins WY. Bath sink missing sink stopper. Room phone missing buttons and face plate; had to go to the Front Desk in person to ask for sink stopper. Missing towel hooks in bathroom. etc.
