Publié le 6 mars 2024 sur HotelsI stayed there for 16 days with my lady and our 3 young kids (Ages: 4months, 9 year old and a 4 year old) The staff was very friendly, very accommodating, and professional. It’s not a fancy 5 star hotel, but it was a comfy one. Joe at the front desk was very respectful and always super attentive. The free breakfast was better than expected (Eggs, sausage, bacon, waffles, different kinds of breads you could choose from and different cereals as well. The work out facility was small but quiet and always clean. Overall, my family had a pleasant stay.

Nice large room. Everything was clean. Comfy bed. Not so comfy couch but we really didnt need that.

Ok place. Not sure if I would recommend.
Publié le 26 févr. 2024 sur HotelsThe room was nice and their complimentary breakfast was good. Problems were that once we flushed the toilet it kept running the whole time. The ice and vending machines weren't working and the lady behind the counter had a little bit of an attitude.

Good day, Thank you for staying with us and for your helpful review. I am so very glad that you liked your room and your breakfast. After you left we noticed the toilet issue and fixed it. Additionally, the toilet may been able to be fixed to your satisfaction if we were informed about it. First thing on Monday, we also fixed the 2nd floor ice and vending machines. Sorry for the inconvenient of having to use the 1st floor ice & vending machines during your stay. It is highly unusual that theses issues occurred and is unlikely that they will occur again. I am also sorry that when you encountered the lady at the counter she was not at her best, she normally has a big and shinning smile on her face. Our housekeeping staff work hard at providing clean & comfy guest rooms and are very proud of their work. It is housekeeping, maintenance and front desk staff's pleasure to provide you with your hotel needs. Our breakfast staff also enjoys providing a delicious breakfast including the fresh, hot eggs & sausages plus the waffle mix for the make-your-own waffles. Our entire staff are looking forward to seeing you again with the expectation that your next stay will be a good stay.
