I did reservations thru expedia, staff didnt find the reservation and i waited there for 1 hour in lobby and i spoke expedia agent and told me he will call front desk and front desk hung up in front of me. The room is got finally after hour had hairs in the bed sheet and after 20 mins i got another room but aweful experience from hotel

On check in, reservation agent man my card incorrectly which locked my credit card for days due to the cards security features. I ended up having to pay for my room, they would not refund me, I had no where to sleep as my credit card would not work for any other bookings and my entire birthday weekend had to be cancelled because of this. Absolutely would never recommend this property. They also failed to list online that they are under renovations

Pool was dirty and door left open to patio , bugs were everywhere from the night. Bathroom toilet didnt work properly , not the best experience. Sandman needs to get properly cleaned.

The lobby was going through an extensive renovation so was loud and had a lot of dust etc. The front doors were not open so you had to go threw the back entrance which only had stairs. Not accessible for people who require a ramp or for brining bags etc. inside. The rooms were decent.
