Not what we hoped for
I seldomly leave reviews that arenât excellent, but I will make an exception for this property. It is in need of attention. My biggest complaint was we had six people, and we only had one shower as the one downstairs had no hot water due to a broken valve for the entire stay. The outside deck was filthy. It was obvious that it hadnât been cleaned in quite some time. No broom was provided such that we could clean it ourselves. I attempted to clean off the table and chairs and had to use half a roll of paper towels to do so. No one besides me wanted to sit outside at all. This was a real problem as there was no place to sit inside that would accommodate six people for meals. The driveway and âporchâ downstairs was full of weeds so you couldnât sit out there either. Windows did not operate properly. The kitchen was not furnished properly i.e. no bowls, pitchers and pans had scratched teflon were rusted and were certainly pans I wouldnât cook in, On the positive side, the beds were comfortable, and the place was clean inside. I would not recommend staying here until they have made improvements.
