Place was very close to town which was great, I could walk everywhere. The street is a bit busy which surprised me because most people are on the main street. ATVs nonstop all day but it didn't bother me just stating for others that may want to stay. I barley had hot water. I did talk to the management who stated a minor fix but it didnt work. I just dealt with it for the duration of my trip. Internet very spotty and would drop all the time.
Overall not too bad, but I have noticed within my 3 trips to Red River that some of the properties aren't up to par as much as other areas I travel. Would I stay again at this property? Prob not, but it was fine for just me and the dog on a quick trip.
